yes - EFH is effectively short

ED truell lend EFH on 14 October 2016. Share price on that day was around 61. They should have given 80-90% of the value to Ed (guessing)

So Ed can get his shares back from them say at 55. But why would he if he can get at lower price in the market.

But if any bid comes over 55, then it will become interesting as then Ed would get his shares back from EFH.

IMHO

so in effect, efh has gone short, dcil still has economic interest in the shares in that efh have to return 6m shares to them at jan 2020. perversely this is a good thing, no? they will have to find stock from somewhere. Or one could read it that eddie is trying to kill the share price to take it private? welcome thoughts....

bs76: nobody's ever much bothered with TUNG. We've seen annual reports contradicting the website contradicting holdings RNS.

AFAIK there hasn't ever been a single conviction (in the UK) for non-reporting.

From bad to worse.

Nevermind mispriced at IPO, it was apparently mispriced at the start of the year!

... You mean the job is horrible and no-one else wants it, (or has a realistic better idea) but feels happy to criticise.

until all the poo has been tidied up.

at which point they will really start having a go.

Good question - I think Mr Hurwitz is as 'strong and stable' as Mrs May at the moment?

andrew, i will buy if the price goes below 50 as i still believe that this company will be bought out and price will be better than 50p.

In my defence - yes this was my first post; I am a new contributor on this Board as I used to be on LSE and that has essentially wilted. The recurring theme of cash call was mitigated by the circa £30Mn sale of the bank which bolstered the balance sheet. This has now been spent baring change! I was not responsible for the 1 share purchase :-)

Hearing about cash raise since 2017. ?New user with 1 post talking about cash raise. First trade of the day - 1 share. Interesting - may be time is coming to make money on this share again ?

Bit worried about the cash position. Looking at their year end they had £6.4 million at the bank and 1/4 later this has dwindled to £3.9 - with an EBITDA loss of £0.5 in the quarter that would presume that another £2 million has gone on 'exceptional' items. Let's hope that's the end of these!
