27 September 2021 - Tullow Oil plc ("the Company") announces in accordance with LR 9.6.14 that Sheila Khama, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of The Metals Company, with effect from 9 September 2021. The Metals Company is listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in New York.
