The early Jubilee wells clogged up with "fines" at high production rates, as the gravel pack completions weren't optimal. Forgotten what the fix was, but there were some time consuming well interventions which sorted the issue.

Going back to the early Jubilee days I remember they had a well producing similar rates Tullow did some work on it and production ended up much lower

The price of Oil has got them out of trouble I feel they are still trying to punch above there weight and trying to move in so many directions
Uganda they are not confident this will go through on time.Ghana Ten FPSO was good for 85,000 bbls a day and Jubilee 125,000 bbls I wonder if the new loading facility is restricting Jubilee
The digital stuff was padding the cost v what we get out of it is important.

Pity the poor analysts having to sit on those uncomfortable chairs, squeezed around round tables for 3.5 hrs! Luckily I was lying down on a couch. zzzzz! Missed some of the talk but luckily woke up when the W.Afr (Ghana + Non.op) producing assets section started, followed by the CFO's talk, both of which were good. Earlier sections, or at least the bits I recall, seemed a bit sleep inducing. Maybe I stayed out too late last night.

good grief dreadful hedge price for 2019!

I wonder how much they got paid to hedge 2019 at $57?? How much did it cost??

Also, this is very boring. What are the takeaways??

Low cost oil and $4.2billion debt facility for the low cost oil. How can he stand there taking about lost cost with the massive debt Tullow has accumulated getting the 'low cost oil'?

Boom boom :)

Yes, but they will only serve around 3.5 in the fine print, and what happened to the rest of the A team? A simple web search shows up some things that should not be allowed, imho etc.

The bloke at Cove was always banging on about how when he was at Dana he wanted to drill Jubilee but was never allowed to, can't remember the name but made some good money out of that lot, then lost half of it on Afren :)
