Further to the announcement made on 3 April 2020, TT Electronics plc confirms that Stephen King stepped down as a Director on 30 September 2020 after nine years' service on the board of TT Electronics plc.

Jack Boyer became Senior Independent Director on 6 May 2020, and Anne Thorburn now chairs the Audit Committee.
