NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Tritax EuroBox plc (tickers: EBOX (Sterling), BOXE (Euro)) announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 9 February 2021 at 10.00 am at its registered office, 3rd Floor, 6 Duke Street St James's , London, SW1Y 6BN.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available at the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism :

   1.   Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting; 
   2.   Form of Proxy; 
   3.   Articles of Association; and 
   3.   2020 Annual Report. 

The above documents have been posted to Shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.tritaxeurobox.co.uk .

As of today's date, the Company has 422,727,273 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.

In light of the current and anticipated public health guidelines, Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person. The Board encourages Shareholders to vote on any of the matters of business at the AGM in advance by proxy, listen to the AGM remotely and submit any questions in advance of the meeting. Conference call details and information on how to submit proxy votes and questions are detailed in the Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting.
