DIVIDEND DECLARATION
The Board of Directors of Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Company plc (ticker: TEEC) has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 of 1.375 pence per Ordinary Share, payable on or around 8 July 2022 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register on 24 June 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 23 June 2022.
A portion of the Company's dividends will be designated as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes. The interest streaming percentage for the dividend is 50.7%.
