Innovative and further driving the company and reducing time and costs

Onshore

The potential to increase production from existing wells is a key driver behind the Group's automation focus with WD 5/6 being the first onshore licence to have a wide-scale rollout (taking the total to 31 automated wells from 8 currently). WD 5/6 is Trinity's second largest production unit after Trintes. At Trintes, where the key wells have now been automated for several years, production has increased by over 20% and production volatility has been reduced dramatically. The increasing rollout of SCADA units and wider scale automation on the higher margin onshore wells is expected to deliver a meaningful uplift to the top and bottom-line performance of the asset. Trinity has a dedicated internal team driving automation and data science forward and a new workshop will be set up shortly to facilitate the assembly and servicing of our automation units.

$2.5m cash build during a period with oil at $40, can’t be many companies in the world delivering the piece of news this QRT, let alone in the oil sector.

With SPT dealt and a strong balance sheet, should be another strong QRT to come.

Well. The operational update couldn't have been much more positive! The next 12 months will be transformational with SPT changing and acquisitions! Serious re rate due

Absolutely.
Well said.
Quite a mritworthy post.
I’ve even ticked you up for it.
If referring to my post then I was not actually comparing TXP with Trin. I was explaining how I had missed out really. I have friends who have made a fortune on TXP. Good for them. I made my bed and I lie in it. I was just wishing I’d done what they did....took out of Trin and put into TXP. I have a high risk profile history and my fingers were cauterised from it ( lost 98% of life savings in POG Rights Issue and Trin collapse followed by Placing). I was destroyed so I stayed where I was.
It was a subjective comparison although there is truth in the way investors have been supported far more at TXP since they moved outbof Calgary and into T and T. Trinity has used investors as cash cows.
I am hoping for payback at some stage.
There are ways in which TXP and Trin can be compared however-leaving Ortoire and good fortune/risk out of it. The management operate in a diametrically opposite way. In spite of all his mighty experience there are things Trin’s CEO could have picked up-particularly regarding private investors.
‘Nuff said.
Roll with it now as we have had to for 61/2 years. Not been a good experience to say the very very least.

WTI is looking good at $41+
This will be another good start to Q4 cash generation with a breakeven of around $21.
Jubilee licence to be decided.
No tax Q4 or beyond which should aid investment.
Q3 results due maybe next Monday or Tuesday if not before.Looking forward to an update re. Jubilee and even steps towards FID of Tgal if managed on sub 20k bopd licences. All looking feasible now.
Demand is a little questionnable re. covid but US and China holding up well.

HH...So you and the 3 cronies that ticked you up will be happy if all that Bruce has promised doesn't come to fruition as long as there's a floor under the share price what at 8p? LOL
I would be happier to see us above £1 but each to their own.
If you all were truthful i bet you wished you had invested in TXP then here and talking about here i bet we will still be well under 20p before the years out and TXP will be over £1:50.

Astorcourt. I often agree with you. You have brought reality at times. This time you are 100% inaccurate on both measures. TXP and Trin.
Not gonna happen.

Hamilton
Well said.
I feel quite sick at Trin’s underperformance related to TXP which really seems to value its shareholders.
But I meant all the positive things said since SPT was annulled. Trin is walking a different path. I still hold a grievance against what it has done to my health but have to move on.
I made the decision to buy and stay here. There has never been a better catslytic time for Trin. A dividend may be forthcoming with the cash although I would prefer a share rise tbh. 8.8p is totally farcical.
It is a shame for us Trin holders to see TXP shoot up again. It just ribs it in . But maybe now is the time for growth as the step-changes are announced. Wish I’d held TXP but now is a great price to buy Trin. A good resumé by Hamilton Hill.

Is there any upside for TRIN from the TXP discoveries ? i.e. do they have any adjacent licences

Astro, TXP was one of my best moves this year and PB has delivered an outstanding run of success. It has given me the funds to come back into TRIN with a bigger holding than last year.

TXP shows that success can be had in T&T. We know the TRINs team is scouring opportunities on its acreage, along with other license bids. My personal view is a very big well done to TXP and it’s holders but TRIN is very well placed to match TXPs phenomenal run and play a bit of catch up.
