Tricorn Group plc (AIM: TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that it has applied for and been granted permission to delay publication of its audited final results for the 18 months ended 30 September 2020 until 30 June 2021. In view of this, the Company will release unaudited preliminary results for the 18 months ended 30 September 2020 by 31 March 2021.
