Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company was notified yesterday that on the same day Andrew Moss, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average price of 12.94 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Moss has a notifiable beneficial interest in 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
