Stunning comment on GF - which I am writing from memory .

Remember The Industrial Revolution which started in Britain ?

Remember when Britain was the workshop of the World ?

When we had an Empire , and a Commonwealth .

When we brought civilisation to the "dark parts" of Africa .

When we invented , well , just about everything .

Look at the stunning Victorian architecture that still exists .

Also the libraries , schools and hospitals built in that era .

So...what do all the above have in common ?

They all happened before The Labour Party came into being .
