SAYE Share Scheme 2019
Tribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software and services to the international education market, announces the grant of options to employees as part of its Save As You Earn ('SAYE') share scheme for 2019. The scheme is open to all UK employees, giving them the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the Company via share option arrangements.
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over Ordinary Shares of 5p of the Company with an exercise price of 58.2 pence, a 10% discount to the closing average market price of the Ordinary Shares from 3 September 2019 to 5 September 2019. The options have a contract start date of 1 November 2019 and are exercisable between 1 November 2022 and 30 April 2023.
A total of 176 employees elected to participate, and pursuant to these elections a total of 1,116,879 options over Ordinary Shares were issued on 1 November 2019 equating to 0.6% of the current issued share capital.
Mark Pickett, Chief Executive Officer, is a participant in the Company's SAYE scheme and is included in the total figures above. His individual option grants pursuant to this year's SAYE scheme is 15,463 shares.
