Mira appears to have stopped posting on Twitter mid December.
And hasn't posted here since her lengthy posts of 19th/20th Dec.

My guess is John Rigg has been made aware of MM's postings on this thread and this is his response. Not helpful for the share price but hopefully not too distracting for Triad's business.

If what you say is correct , then someone else was paid the 90k dividend payment

Are you sure that this money did not form part of the costs of you losing the court case against PWC ?

That is to say Paul Atkinson as a PWC Trustee holding your 30% TRD shares added dividend payments and so did not have to sell more than around 13% of your TRD original 30% holding to recover PWC court award/costs.

The net assets are close to market cap now. For a company with 20m plus turnover and 1m profit its remarkable.

anyway its all very entertaining as a spectator sport - although I guess the participants themselves might not think so...

Roll up roll up by some shares in Triad PLC - its clearly even cheaper than chips now and has ZILLIONS in the bank....

....and you get some entertainment thrown in.

What more could you want from a good Christmas Cracker...

£10 by Christmas 2019!!

Who now holds the 17% of TRD that Paul Atkinson recently sold ?

We don't know ... but the BoD of TRD does

A RNS of the new holder of the 17% of TRD shares should have been issued by now unless

6 or more parties bought under 3% of TRD shares each ... which I find very unlikely

Either way ... the BoD of TRD should clarify the position

The fact that they have not .... makes me very wary of what is happening

Mira,

Thanks for the comprehensive reply. There are a couple of things you may be focusing on that are probably not relevant to the outcome.

The first is the idea that the holding RNS had to have Triad board approval. This cannot be true because boards meet rarely and holding RNS are issued all the time. Who issues the RNS is irrelevant. You should focus on how Mr Atkinson acting as a bankruptcy trustee ended up with the documentation to demonstrate to the company that he was the executor of those assets.

Secondly, if it is shown that the sale of your shares was improper it will not be the duty of Triad PLC to issue shares to rectify it, since they have not acted in error. It would be the duty of those who were shown to have acted improperly to return the assets they sold in error. The Triad board are simply reporting what they are told by a third party, they are not allocating or selling the shares.

It is in all of our interests for this uncertainty to be resolved, and that will be done when you can resolve the uncertainty surrounding the role of the bankruptcy trustee and their access to the shares, not who from Triad puts an RNS on the system. Hope that helps provide some clarity.

Mira,

If what you surmise is reality there will be an almighty short squeeze in this stock at some point, since a Trustee claims to have been appointed in your alleged bankruptcy, took possession of 3,249,952 of your shares and appears to have sold 556,499 of them in the market.

Whatever the mechanism that was behind this and whether various parties were correct to act in this way or not I am in no position to judge, however at this time I would be very surprised if you own those 556,499 shares. Since these are reported to have been sold by the Trustee and other investors will have bought these and the transactions will have been settled.

If you can prove that the Trustee acted improperly though they will have to return those 556,499 shares to you, they would effectively be short and have to cover, and the only way they could do it would be by buying in the market. Buying that volume in a illiquid stock would cause the price to sky rocket.

e.g. VW shares went up 5-fold when it was revealed that Porsche had bought so many that more than the free float was shorted:

I personally prefer to apply Occam's razor in these situations though and believe the most likely explanation unless it can be proved otherwise.
