So Paul Atkinson has gone from 2,693,453 shares (approx 17%) to nil. Presumably there should soon be another holdings RNS to show where they have gone as there has been no significant volume over the last few days to suggest they have been disposed of in the market.

Announcement that Paul Atkinson, the Trustee in Bankruptcy for Mira Makar no longer holds any shares. My guess is he has returned the shares he was holding back to her. She hasn't been a seller in the past so in theory this could remove the potential overhang which the board said with the last results doesn't exist anyway.

i'm not expecting 12p eps myself, nearer 10p and don't forget those tax losses are nearly all used up, but I agree, these are cheap.

I make it 30p in cash when the November interims are due .May be get 11.5 p / 12 p eps .Take the cash out and we're down to 48p ! Four times earnings ! Now that's cheap !!Sicknote
