its quite possible that some of the consultants etc might also be shareholders. If this is so then its nice to see this buying spree on the way up to results. Has been as high as 80s and 90s - so if reasonable results one would think 70s would easily be in reach - if good results then 80s 90s and even over £1.

Good buying today .Are we likely to see a 2p final dividend ?And what's the likelihood of a special 10p div to return surplus cash to shareholders ?Any thoughts on this net .Sicknote

S34icknote: It went up at least 10% on release of interims in October which were pretty average - so that should take us to more or less 70p if same thing . happens. If any good news we should be significantly higher (80p to £1 range - perhaps more if very good news). Anyway that is my take on it. Its a no brainer that the news will be at least average...

Nope - but going to their website it has never been later than 20th June (since 2014) and has been as early as 9th June. .... so theoretically (I guess) it could be next Friday (8th) but most likely the week after - but pure guess, I have no idea at all. We're definitely in day trading territory now.

...so in about two weeks FINAL RESULTS....... this is what they said last year: The results for the year ended 31 March 2017 represent the Group's strongest performance in ten years. We have seen continued improvement across key financial indicators with revenue up by 9.2% to GBP30.9m (2016: GBP28.3m), profit before tax up by 76% to GBP1.52m (2016: GBP0.86m), and gross profit as a percentage of revenue increasing to 16.2% (2016: 15.0%). They definitely are doing well now (although it is possible, between major contracts, a few months back they might not have hit all the high notes - not totally sure)..... It all depends on what the market is expecting . To my mind, if its steady as she goes, we should easily get into 70s/80s. If its steady as she goes BUT we expect a great year going forwards we should get into the 80/ 90s, If its a good year AND its going to be good going forward we should easily get into the £1/£1.20s

The FT looking at the cost of GDPR: HTTPS://www.consultancy.uk/news/15101/gdpr-compliance-to-cost-ftse100-firms-15-million-banks-face-largest-bill Triad dont need to be doing GDPR to make money out of it as GDPR will suck IT staff in thus the demand for ALL IT staff will go up. The money going into IT from GDPR is £15M (per FTSE 100) * 1000 (all the FTSE 100 type companies across the EU and large companies that trade in the EU) .... That is a heck of a lot of money being pumped into IT. Then there is Brexit. If you look at Triads home page it is full of government contracts. There are a million and one IT things connected to Brexit - and there is also the ongoing work of updating MoJ systems for online law courts.. The potential for massive growth is there.

GDPR - tons and tons and tons of work around for this nonsense (eg those cookie policy things and storing peoples names and addresses) - We're all getting zillions of those silly emails - each one probably relates to ONE IT bod - add it all up
