20/3/2018 16:09 | Agreed. It looks mis-priced. It's on a PER of 4 stripping out the cash. | hugepants
18/3/2018 15:43 | This is now on a p/e of about 5 with net cash in the bank. If this ain't cheap I don't know what is. | arthur_lame_stocks
15/3/2018 15:26 | We can only hope as the share price performance is a disaster. | its the oxman
13/3/2018 08:57 | if you look at the employment graph (todays BBC news) Triad theoretically might be coining it in at present (a key IT supplier to HM Gov).

02/2/2018 15:48 | i thought they were supposed to announce the exercise of options on the date and not in a RNS on total voting rights? | ntv
26/1/2018 17:05 | Ah the mythical overhang. | trier1
24/1/2018 09:59 | Seems very undervalued to me
second half should see strong cashflow and an improved dividend
strong cash balances but stock overhang see news RNS for more details
buy the dips | ntv | |
13/1/2018 09:23 | wrong thread sorry | netcurtains
12/1/2018 20:12 | Netcurtains,
Paul Atkinson, the administrator, still holds 15.0%-17.4% of the shares. The indications are that the creditors have instructed him to retain the bulk in the hope of obtaining a better price in the indefinite future. The chances of that hope being realised will depend very largely on the company's performance. It needs to be good enough to initiate institutional interest. That point has clearly not yet been reached. We may be none the wiser until the full year results in June. | wilmdav
12/1/2018 17:27 | decided to add again today | ntv
12/1/2018 11:25 | Has the big seller stopped? Nothing sold by them for literally ages....
I think this is the bottom. | netcurtains
12/1/2018 09:19 | I do know that BREXIT is generating an awful lot of work around Whitehall (everything from New Passports to new computer systems for everything from farming, fishing to space exploration)..... And who is there? TRIAD.
Replace Common Agricultural Policy? That will be TRIAD.
Perhaps a name change to BREX-IT would do the trick! | netcurtains
12/1/2018 08:53 | Good to see TRIAD twitter getting more active

12/1/2018 08:20 | Yes , bizarre valuation. Not sure what it will take to get the market excited about this one. Sometime back a move nearer to 100p seemed possible yet here we are not much above 50p. Hopefully we will be rewarded one day. | its the oxman
11/1/2018 16:42 | Agreed elited10 - same here | gleach23
11/1/2018 16:24 | My guess is investors are watching and waiting for the potential overhang to be cleared...me included | elited10
10/1/2018 09:14 | Wow - with the stock market so high this company is now even more ridiculously cheap.
come on!! it develops some really cool web applications (could be into tech behind bit coin soon too).
It makes a profit and it gives a dividend.
What more does the market want? Blood?
LOOK AT ITS PE RATIO AND MARKET CAP... | netcurtains
03/1/2018 13:31 | bottom fishing | netcurtains
18/12/2017 15:39 | can anyone explain why there is a tax credit and not a tax charge?
where are they getting the tax losses to utilise and how long will they last? | ntv
15/12/2017 15:05 | There is talk of blockchain. Not as a currency but perhaps as a web portal of some sort. Over my head here but lets see less talk, lets see if they can walk the walk. | netcurtains
09/12/2017 12:28 | Fair enough net :-)
Could be much better I admit, but more than priced in for me.
Clearly something (or someone) holding this back, but happy to hang in there for now. | xajorkith
09/12/2017 09:20 | Its the size of dividend and growth but held back a bit by (forced?) seller. Same story. I own both shares. | netcurtains
09/12/2017 00:33 | Plenty of growth & dividends across my portfolio netcurtains :-)
We all have blind spots & maybe TRD is one of mine.
Personally I like the odd value play & have made good profit from them in the past as they surprise to the upside & re-rate accordingly.
At 60p, an EV of 7.2m vs PBT of over 1.5m & interim dividend of 0.5p will do for me.
Not sure why you've brought PCF into this btw, as never posted there? | xajorkith
08/12/2017 09:15 | Xajorkith: In a sideways market you can either leave your money as cash in your ISA (but there are costs with that) or go with a firm that has DIVIDENDS and ideally some potential for growth...
Firms like TRIAD or PCF ...
Need GROWTH and DIVIDENDS. | netcurtains
