I have zero idea if their is a link, but the lady clearly has been working with both parties.

Also of note, a year or two back we were told of a tie up with both a blockchain company , and an AI company.

I have yet to see the AI company be announced, (but might have missed it.)

ST: Yeah looking at that but in order to get to what you're driving at you have to take a few leaps of faith. When she says "senior consultant" with triad that does not mean a triad employee, it possibly/probably means worked "with" triad on a consultancy basis.
However the streetbees idea is interesting and time frames seem to be valid. If triad link correct then triad price could go balli-istic

Looking and listening to TRD, and others in the industry, a great deal of pre planning is required for each new project.

Then teams need to be assembled in the correct order.

The workload builds over time.

That’s exactly what they told us in the annual report, the reason I have my profit forecast for 2021 - 2022, split £800,000 first half followed by £1.2M second half.

Summer holidays are priced in for staff, as is training.

Triad has been flat all through the summer holidays (end of JULY).
Things should start to wake up, one way or the other, from
September onwards.

In fact, as I type, new contracts will be tooling up.

I would also personally welcome Westcoast or Workpoint 365 to reverse into premium listed TRD.

Thanks in advance .

Lol

(Shareholders here would be happy with 5% of the equity.)

Workpoint 365 is represented in the U.K. by just two companies

Version 1 and TRD.

Another company that might well want TRD for dinner.

The link here is

Irish IT services firm Version 1 is to buy digital consulting company Singlepoint in what will be its eleventh acquisition.
No financial details of the transaction have been disclosed, but Version 1 said the combined entity , which will have over 1,400 employees and 500 customers, is forecasting revenues of €140 million in 2020.
The acquisition is subject to clearance by the Competition and Consumer Commission.
Founded in 2009 by Rob Curley, Singlepoint is a Dublin-based company with expertise in a number of areas including digital and cloud solutions, artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics.
The company announced 50 additional jobs last September in a move that took total headcount to 120 people.
Founded in 1996 by Justin Keatinge and John Mullen, Version 1 implements IT systems for large corporates and government departments and also provides consultancy services. It has a 1,300-strong workforce with offices in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Edinburgh, Manchester and London. Partners include Microsoft, Amazon and Oracle.

From a 2018 business piece on Westcoast:

”Hidden treasures

The company is expanding the value added service side of its business, particularly for cloud computing, software and IT infrastructure. “We have a lot of tools in our toolbox that we haven’t made the most of. We call them our hidden treasures,” said Forsyth.

Three years ago, Westcoast was one of the first in the UK to offer Microsoft’s cloud service, which took it in a new business direction by providing 24/7 support to end users. It now has over 300,000 Microsoft cloud customers with around 10,000 joining every month. About 80% of these recurring revenue customers are new to Westcoast.

The company is also strongly positioned for the boom in emerging areas including AI, VR and 3D printing.

As well as recently completing a corporate identity makeover, Westcoast plans to launch its own branded services. “I’ve never been so confident about our future because we have so many different strands to the business,” said Forsyth.

With regard to staff, they also reported far higher utilisation rates in the final results commentary. That too is key since there is little point having new staff by the dozen if they are then sat around doing nothing chargeable to clients.

All looks very good and, of course, Kainos is the ideal read across. Don’t forget Kainos is a big “distributor” to US giant Workday which helps their numbers too. It would be good for Triad to develop something similar and maybe that can happen with Westcoast in the UK and beyond.

I think they should close one of their two southern offices and open two very small sub-branches: one in Manchester and the other in Edinburgh.

They need a nationwide presence.

“The total average headcount for the year has increased to 68 (2020:62)”

Look what we can expect. (Average)

19 - 20 62 staff

20 - 21 68 staff

21 - 22 100 staff (29 weeks to go), 95 today.

It appears the staff hire rate, is running at one per week.

95 today.

That’s the kind of growth one dreams of.

It also points to a considerable rise in revenues.

The magic mix is super fast revenue, and margin growth.

The larger the company the harder it is to achieve 20% growth, let alone, my projected 200% this year, and a good 100% next.

TRD just under 1 times sales

Knock off the cash and it’s just 70% of 1 year sales.

Cash pile getting towards the half year mark, I estimate at C: 33P per TRD share.

PE for current year ( my estimate) 8. then 4, then 2.5 , the following 2 years.

My projections for growth outpace all its big competition, by a mile.
