20/12/2019 08:29 | Results out. Looks OK to me, as expected they think 2020 could be a boom year and only a gross profit this year. Surprised by the fall but will expect a rally at some point - cheap as chips - ridiculously cheap.. All in all, PHEW! :-) | netcurtains
20/12/2019 07:37 | Turnover down again.Interim loss and cash down .so not as good as expected but still cheap with cash in bank if they can turn around 2020 now boris is in !!!Decline in margins is a worry .I just wonder if they fit a bit gready keeping increasing margins to 18.5 percent. Can't see the market liking it .Expecting the low 30ps this morning.Happy Xmas and new year to all.Sicknote | s34icknote

19/12/2019 16:33 | LeoInvestorUK: thanks | netcurtains
19/12/2019 15:31 | I believe they would be suspended. Edit: Days remaining: Friday 20th Monday 23th Tuesday 24th (Christmas eve - half day) Friday 27th Monday 30th Tuesday 31st (New year's eve - half day) So, 6 days remaining (or 7 if you include today) | leoinvestoruk
19/12/2019 09:52 | LeoInvestorUK: just to clarify, are you saying if Triad do not report in the next EIGHT working days they will be delisted? (There are just 8 working days until 1st January) Trying to think of rational acceptable reasons for delay..... illness, something to do with complex share ownership (eg court case)??? Must be other reasons too. Do firms ever release an RNS to explain why there is a delay? | netcurtains
18/12/2019 11:27 | LeoInvestorUK: Its worth pointing out that the FD is still at Triad (he leaves in March or there abouts). | netcurtains
18/12/2019 10:19 | The deadline is 3 months, i.e. 31st December: hxxps://www.handbook I have a small-mid sized position and will not be adding more unless the price falls or the situation becomes clearer. The chances are they'll report before the deadline, but the record for companies that take it up to the wire is not good and the closer we get to 31st December the more selling pressure they'll be - do you really want to be stuck holding a suspended share? Staffline is an example of a company that only just met their results deadline and they also provide staffing services (albeit at the other end of the spectrum). Fears of suspension pushed the price down from around 300p to 220p, but when news of trading were finally released things got a whole lot worse and after the today's resignation of the FD they're now trading at around 80p. While I can't see how things could get that bad at Triad, we have consider unknown unknowns and FD resignation followed by very late results doesn't bode well. | leoinvestoruk
18/12/2019 09:29 | Kinwah: How long can companies delay their interim results before the stocks become suspended? Is there a deadline? | apox123
18/12/2019 08:52 | Kinwah: the "badness" really is in the price already. They cant really go off the rails too far as they have not invested in anything, and they dont really have lots of permanent staff and those that they do have are normally employed (not off charge so earning their keep). They have reported late before (so not unusual) However I stand to be corrected if wrong. To my mind the two big things are: (a) Is there going to be ANY profit at all this year (even if tiny) and (b) will the dividend at least stay the same. Going forward 2020 could be a CORKER though as I think Government will be spending loads and Triad make their money mainly out of Government contracts | netcurtains
17/12/2019 19:34 | The interims will definitely be in the next fortnight or the shares will be suspended. I wonder if we might see a Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve announcement. The figures won't be pretty. | kinwah
16/12/2019 21:10 | mmmmm not for five years they wont....ha ha | pride23s
16/12/2019 20:41 | I pride: I think the libdems should wind themselves up as a political party and everyone there should join Labour. Job Done :-) | netcurtains
16/12/2019 17:20 | Hey Net have you stopped sobbing yet over the crushing defeat...and Im even more happy now I kept the property portfolio not to mention the Boris bounce ive had in the stock portfolio,,,, You could always send Jeremy a get well soon card but he has more than likely fled the country now.. perhaps Switzerland or the channel isles... Laugh I nearly bought a round..... | pride23s
16/12/2019 17:15 | ok that's fair I guess,,maybe she has no options ;-)or there about to expire | pride23s
16/12/2019 14:58 | pride I jus spoke to the lady on the other end of the phone and she went away and asked for me so no mood to judge. | arthur_lame_stocks
16/12/2019 14:55 | Mr Lame Stocks who did you speak to please and how was the feeling of the conversation..?? If you don't mind me asking.. | pride23s
16/12/2019 14:18 | I guess its related to finding a new person to be able to use Excel spreadsheets and do all the adding up as the last person left a month or so back. | netcurtains
16/12/2019 12:59 | I just phoned the company and I got told they don't have an exact date but soon. | arthur_lame_stocks
16/12/2019 12:54 | Anyone know when the results are coming? | arthur_lame_stocks
13/12/2019 17:07 | If I had to choose the share that had the most to gain from a new stable government with a strong legislative agenda then Triad would be it. May take a while to appear as new contracts, profits and cash flow, but if the new government does what it says (always a risk with politicians!) then the outlook here should be positive going forward for the next few years. | dangersimpson2
13/12/2019 15:59 | Hope to see a rise now looking forward with more political certainty. | weatherman
10/12/2019 12:33 | I think results should be available by end of the week? What do you think? Is that quite likely? We know they will not be that good (share price) but has the market over estimated how bad? The problem is the General Election - I guess no new big government contracts can start until election has finished. But then we could see explosion of government spending spending spending who ever wins...... | netcurtains
09/12/2019 10:56 | interesting rise in Parity this morning. Hope a good omen. | netcurtains |
