Inside month and week and up after the 10% gain on Friday. Breaking out of the consolidation range after the drop caused by the bad press, all good stuff.https://www.tradingview.com/chart/TRD/XjN9uESK-Triad-10-jump-on-Friday-with-plenty-more-to-come/

It hopefully won’t take long, at its current price it is a bargain.
I’m still buying weekly when the cash comes in.

There are too many people on this BB that don’t own shares in this company but are clearly minions of the mad woman.

Hello are you a bit simple?

Posts are removed for legal reasons, one poster has just been taken to the High Court and lost the case. She is now subject to restrictions on what she can post in public - facing risk of imprisonment. And it is her incoherent rubbish that you are reposting!

You clearly like to play with fire, can you afford a £250,000 court case?

Damaging the public image of a main market listed company, when you are in the wrong, comes with huge penalties. And you are in the wrong, this has just been proven in the High Court.

Good luck!

I have no doubt they comply with the letter of regulations but that wasn't really my point. And no it does not matter whether it is main market or Aim a company will normally comply with DTR 5 by giving the substantial shareholdings in each annual report not mess around with just giving shareholdings where there has been a change as Triad have done recently - and subsequently then left investors confused with the RNS about Paul Atkinson. Rather than being 'guarded' if anything has been 'incoherent' then it has been this - as I said they would have been better served by letting us know what was going on.

Anyway I've done for now - have a good weekend.

Dear, ‘incoherent217; is a bit of fun, I was just referencing the High Court Judge’s comment regarding your friend. Apologies if it was too obscure.

With regards to disclosure they meet the legal requirement, are you forgetting this is a main market listed company?

Someone else has been trying to cause issues, the company quite rightly has had to be guarded. However they have historically only used RNS for its rightful purpose.
Best regards.

Brendainvesta What's incoherent? Are you having trouble reading? Understanding?

I haven't mentioned a conspiracy just that their disclosure leaves a lot to be desired.

Valhamos - You are going down the incoherent route, are you related to someone who can’t be named?

Threshold = RNS in either direction.

Holdings over thresholds are public and very easy to find out. There is no conspiracy.

Brendainvesta the company has done themselves no favours here with their refusal to disclose adequate information on substantial shareholdings in recent years and then they bemoan the fact "that there are various degrees of confusion and uncertainty in public surrounding substantial shareholdings in Triad" when they have to a large extent caused it.

Danny - it is normal for companies to report substantial shareholdings at each annual report not merely the changes the previous year. Morningstar which has very good ownership data has "no ownership data available" for Triad which suggests that it not just me that is having problems with the company's reticence to provide the information that shareholders require.

We know who you are friends with the person who has just lost the High Court Case so we are not surprised with your daft comments.

However you should keep them to yourself.

Unless you fancy your time in the High Court?

S34icknote - not just in the clear, but Triad Group and its Directors have been totally vindicated.
Read the judgement it is quite damning.
Clearly the company and its staff have suffered unjustly.
As an investor I am very happy this is now at an end.
There will be costs for her to pay, however it was a very quick case so the costs will not be too great.

Valhamos, in the last annual report they reported no changes in the substantial shareholdings from the previous year. I believe the chairman is the largest shareholder and I think some private individual is in third place with around 6%.
