probably a good entry point now but the amount of shares and how they dilute puts me off this for now. I don't doubt the project but it's how they structure the company for the little guys

OK, I got the figures wrong, so what? The share price is STILL 40 times lower now than your pathetic ramping prediction in 2012. All you've ever done is ramp this share when it suited you. (Presumably to sell if it rises.) Whenever it drops you disappear for months at a time.

I was beginning to think that this company was finally getting somewhere but this open offer casts major doubt on it's progress.

Taken up my oo shares and applied for a few more. Not a great deal of money in the overall scheme of things and you never know things could improve from here.

With the opps to top up, one should find that an increased holding of 10m at ave 0.1p is no different to holding 0.5m at the old 2p.

Top up with the oo shares and sit back to watch the share price rise as gold/antimony processing gets underway

Dr - given my half glass empty approach I think your 1p share price is optimistic but as the roaster is getting near to production I believe that many pi's will take their open offer shares. Plus not a lot of choice really.
I will probably take up mine - waldof I would be interested in your view.
Hopefully the end of the rainbow is in touching distance and any more bumps in the road will be small ones.

Those with 1m can take an extra 2.25m at 0.01p. Shell out just £225.
On full production, those extra 2.25m prob worth 1p each = £22,500

Just read the open offer details more carefully and the threat of the company going into administration if adequate funds are not raised.
However Odey have indicated that they would buy all the shares if nobody else did - so success is "guaranteed".
Although my initial reaction was one of horror I may just throw a few more £'s into the pot rather than sell.
But will this be the last call for cash - that's a worry.

For every 1m a holder can take up at 0.01, you`ll be looking at a 100x gain on that within 18 months.
Eg shell out just £100 in the open offer for 1m, coin in £10k from that once that roaster is fully op with antimony/gold, This is most defo a half billion quid Co.
