So how much is 40% of SPMP worth? As far as I can gather it's only got debt and no tangible assets. Great bargain then paying into a debt!!!

I think you need to do some more research wiser than you, the company is building one of the biggest antimony roasters + gold in this part of the world. They already have a massive stock list with purchasers already signed up, aim to be in production next year, hardly a start up company?

Basically the market has this massively wrong on valuation. What they own is 20% of a start up company that owes around $100m and around £1m burning away on salaries.

Patience is needed. They will come good in the end. Should be very profitable once its up and running. Not a share for trading but to tuck away.
