1. When peolple recieve their cash?
2. what conversion rate they get for it?
3. Which broker they are with?

Just out of curiosity and the need for a second or better broker:)

They have 5 silos left G and J with not much debt and being sold off with 40 Million euros approx due to the company. Silo D is in wind up with around 50 million euros head room and interest covered twice by rent. Silo E with 85 million euro of headroom was pushed into insolvency by bank outcome unknown. Silo F and K on a standstill to April.

Since all the loans are now on Eurobor plus 100 to 200 basis points their finance costs are much lower and I reckon they will be throwing off loads of cash but this is trapped. They have 20 Million eueo cash trapped as at October and that is not including silo E.

It will be interesting to see the ex dividend price and it it is less than 4c I will buy some more.

Was not expecting that. They had 32 million euros in Oct and are paying out 18 million before the tax issue is resolved. Wish they would say a bit more

CR Investment Management has been awarded the asset management mandate for the Treveria D-Silo. The portfolio comprises of 48 retail assets across 250,000 sqm and 43 German cites and was originally financed by a loan of €230 million. CR will advise and work together with Treveria on the implementation of the business plan which will essentially involve creating value and ultimately selling-down the portfolio over time. CR's strong track-record and experience in the retail sector combined with its independence were understood to have been the critical factors to their selection for the mandate.

Similar to the Treveria C-Silo, managed by CR since early 2010, the Treveria D-Silo was financed by loans from Citigroup and Deutsche Bank, were subsequently securitised, and are within EMC 6 and DECO 2006 E4X respectively. Also similar to the Treveria C-Silo, Situs Asset Management is the special servicer, and assisted in the transition of the asset management role"

I think the 1.8% on any sale is ours. If it were simply in the hands of the investment manager then they could simply go on a firesale and still collect a windfall. Hopefully the new investment manager will do a decent job and we are able to realise a chunky amount of the equity we have in this vehicle.
