Treatt announces that that the following Director and a PCA (Person Closely Associated with a PDMR), were granted Share Options by the Company on 14 July 2021 under the Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme ( "SAYE") , details of which are below.

The SAYE Share Option Scheme is an all-employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in January 2015. The options granted under the SAYE Share Option Scheme are exercisable at the end of a three-year saving plan.
