20/12/2011 10:02 | gf, diversification is always good. mining is a risky business with most of the time setbacks...tsg is cheap as many in the sector...it is definitely a buy in my book... sporazene, shg remains my No1 :) since my holy 10 criteria are fully met: 1)deposit to be in a reasonably safe political territory 2)deposit open to further discoveries in all directions 3)very good resource numbers 4)little or no debt and no major future capital liabilities 5)future production unhedged 6)strong future cash flow on a multiple (PCF) below the average of its peer group 7)quality of management with a proven CEO, holding a meaningful stake in the company 8)rising gold production with a long mine life 9)attractive cost per ounce of gold produced and decent grades 10)small market capitalisation comparing to its peer group | pro_better
20/12/2011 09:50 | sporazene2 Tsg looks poised and hopefully markets will start investing big time in the junior producers soon. I suspect, due to being in russia, tsg will always be traded at a discount but there is definitely money to be made here. What do you guys think? I am looking to buy here. | goldenfish2010
20/12/2011 09:11 | pro, not yet up 2012 expected production, they will need to hit 5.2k per month, grades do look very good and TSG at a lower 2012 cash flow multiple than SHG.. | sporazene2
20/12/2011 09:05 | very good average gold grade of 8.82 g/t and average recovery rate at 94.1%... | pro_better
25/11/2011 15:21 | Looks like a bit of tree shaking - which I hope might mean some good (or even better) news on the way. | ali g2
02/11/2011 10:51 | Good progress! Currently producing c. 1,000oz per week of Au and similar amount of Ag. At that rate they may well hit the 10-12koz level for the current quarter. Chip | chipperfrd
19/10/2011 11:39 | Yes they were definitely using the low grade stuff to test out the plant so i think the next update should really get this baby moving. | the skipper
19/10/2011 09:43 | 28.13kg @ £33,659/kg=£946,842 Au 28.19kg @ £643/kg=£18,128 Ag Mid sept-mid Oct - 1 month - £12m pa? I seem to recall this was from the poorer ore? | ali g2
12/10/2011 10:32 | UFG opt to convert their loans and Anglo Ashanti opt to complete conversion of the remainder of theirs. Lets hope the dilution is complete now. The conversion price shows some optimism v todays 79p. "a conversion price of 93.6 pence in respect of the AGA Loan and 93.4 pence in respect of the UFG Loans, equivalent to the volume weighted average closing price of TSG's shares for the 60 trading days up to and including 7 October 2011 and 28 September 2011 respectively." Now the decks are clear for some positive reports on gold production. | fuiseog
29/9/2011 07:13 | Gold produced! At long last! | ali g2
02/9/2011 01:19 | I must admit that I bought into this share for January production!!!! But can't really complain, I paid 43p a share. It's probably been one of my best earners for the year so far. It's been a frustrating year for PM shares, but still a little annoying when they don't do as it say's on the tin. Onwards and upwards from now hopefully! | wisnae me
01/9/2011 07:39 | wisnae me - providing no "major adjustments"! | ali g2
31/8/2011 01:51 | Ok! September start for production. What a surprise? | wisnae me
23/8/2011 02:02 | Just waiting for the imminent production has started announcement. OK, we know its low grade stuff first but projected production looks good. Gold at 1903, so we are looking very good. Just looking, but CEY up 8.1% and AGQ up 21.4% on TSX at close, and MML up 5.4% as we speak, so its looking like a healthy blue day tomorrow folks. | wisnae me
20/8/2011 19:18 | Hornblower has prepared a chart - "It looks to have at least £1.25 in it, probably £1.50" | plasybryn
15/8/2011 14:47 | Less battered than all the others and probably the only goldie testing highs | capt bligh
26/7/2011 15:13 | It's going well. Getting ever closer to first production. | chipperfrd
26/7/2011 14:35 | Doesn't take much to move this one? | fuiseog

29/6/2011 09:59 | That put tsg right up there with minerva at fraction of market cap and with say 60k oz next year only a year behind in developement. Curiously tightly held structure has def. helped this weather the small gold storm better than anything else. | capt bligh
29/6/2011 02:31 | capt bligh, As you might expect, I have already run the ruler over that - but the following are only estimates based on my earnings model. ........ Profit/t ore .... Profit/oz gold CY2011 . $395 ............ $905 CY2012 . $405 ............ $928 CY2013 . $477 ............ $1094 CY2014 . $572 ............ $1310 CY2015 . $746 ............ $1708 But the further out we go the more dependent such estimates rely on continuation of the gold bull trend! Chip | chipperfrd
