mm - They have already spoken about how much they are down from Covid. Other tracking companies have gained a lot of because courier and deliveries are booming. Trak results will not be good based on what they have already told us. But one thing you can guarantee is that the accompanying statement will try to roll the results in glitter. Yet underneath....

Finally, before Covid and "lockdown" they were expecting very significant growth. Hopefully this can return in 2021:- hTTps://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/TRAK/final-results/14596155 "Prior to the current lock down, this year was expected to be one of very significant growth."

BTW just to address any nonsense re: optimisation sales and margins, from their April trading update:- hTTps://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/TRAK/trading-and-covid-19-update/14516782 "Due to the strong cost reduction actions and considerable success with several high value and high margin optimisation software sales." Note "high value" and "high margin". As for their contract with Iceland, it was renewed until 2024. So they're a very satisfied customer, also from the same trading update:- "We are pleased to advise that in the final quarter of the year major contract renewals have been secured with EON and Bibby and a significant feature upgrade for Iceland Foods."

With furlough extended until March and a vaccine on the way (hopefully before year end now?) it's a real boost for businesses like Trakm8. They've been given the chance of weathering the Covid storm, and could start to resume growth in their next financial year starting April 2021. Here's hoping! Interims fairly soon.

Andre - calm down - Blonde referred to US losing money - that read as meaning Blonde is in the US group. It was a simple question I asked. Perhaps you can apologise now for attacking me for no reason and accusing me of ramping again which I definitely didn't do, did I. What has happened to this thread. Why are people so vicious. When did we forget to he grown ups. Blonde asked me recently how many shares I had here. Am I not allowed to do the same. Do I need to say any more. Perhaps I need to apologise so you can see how easy it is to do. I'm sorry if I confused anyone. I did not mean to suggest only people who are willing to admit they are invested here can comment. We're all just strangers on the internet after all. Surely we can get along...please.

Trakm8fan- so you can only comment if you are invested and losing money here.... in order to ramp up the stock then? OK, got it.

Blonde - He will lose his money along with the rest of us when the company goes under - I thought you were no longer invested here or perhaps you've changed your mind again?

Agree horndean eagle. That’s why we are still here if your wondering. A decent business which could be turned around once the toxic dishonest selfish crooks of the Watkins leave. Furber is our best bet to lead.

Nadeem has naff all to do with us and we are actively encouraged to compete against Microlise. They have there own epod, now route optimisation and are winning deals over Trak ie Euro Car parts due to far superior software. No collaboration between 2 companies so who knows the strategy! Just read Micheal Rats post again regarding senior sales directors, like the red herring there Mike. Trak do not have senior sales directors. Mansfield who is in position for CEO job and btw is at least 25 years older than linked in picture took over sales and marketing from Mason and only other sales head is the Watkins 3rd member of the family implanted to spy on everyone just came from HR with zero sales experience and the snitch is the 3rd most hated person in Trakm8 after the Watkins. so good try trying to catch me out. Interesting fact one of remaining direct sales team resigns this week to go to competitor so more chiefs than Indians.

That any director buys shares the day before an announcement that will surely affect the share price.... yes, there is a name for that and suitable laws regarding it too. IMHO

I think Raza bought 322000 shares the day or days before the slot booking contract news broke. On any other board that would be seen as positive. On here it's bad news. He also paid more than the current price for those shares. Then when the news broke the price went up all day and just before the close someone bought 75000 shares at 26p for £19500. These were strong numbers and big buys in anyone's book. The bulls are there waiting quietly and watching carefully.

A question for all you uber bears. How clueless is Nadeem Raza? He has been buying shares in decent size and obviously Microlise stumped up cash in placing. Now its fair to say they don't seem to be particularly helping TRAK. The takeaway from that is that TRAK do actually have some good tech and customers but Microlise are sitting patiently and waiting for them to fail before coming in and taking over. If that is indeed the case then TRAK isn't a totally useless business. Might be run by idiots but at its core it does have something going for it. Or are we now going to claim Nadeem is as clueless as everyone?

It would have been so disappointing if multiple personality 3 hadn't turned up with the best line yet. 6jacko - "i have this factually on very good authority, how do i know, cause i work there you idiots!!!" Yes jacko you clearly sit on the Board of Directors as one of the Senior Sales Directors, I should have guessed. Nurse!!! The patients need their medication now please.

Andre - Even if you were at least 1% sane then I'd probably engage with you, but you're clearly not. Now pop along there's a good chap, remember those multi-million pound businesses of yours won't run themselves! Cuckoo!!!

Michaelmouse - most of what you just posted was either factually incorrect or misleading. A 9% attrition rate is awful. A small increase in insurance was a small increase in low margin business. Fleet sales is the moneymaker. And Sainsbury’s will very likely be a loss maker and they won’t get the telematics business because that’s already done by a better provider. Ramping is one thing but you shouldn’t call out those who clearly know more than you. Good luck with your holding. Will you admit that you were wrong if they fail or massively dilute to stay afloat? All IMHO of course.
