I'm in the same boat as you.
All or nothing really.
Keeps me up at night, but I'm here now.
Let's hope this virus panic doesn't materially affect Trak.
Be interesting to know what prompted BD's exodus, given that just a few days ago (in the midst of selling, it seems) he posted something positive about fleet progress.

Personally the value of my holding, relative to what I paid out, is peanuts so I just do not see the point in selling.

Nothing is guaranteed but I honestly thought we were seeing positive signs from the company including no profit warning so far. I suspect they care less about positive RNSs for shareholders to get excited about than they did in the past. All I care about is that they survive without any further dilution.

Looks like we got to March without a PW (historically issued in Feb)

Thoughts on the potential impact of COVID-19, on Trak?
Certain JFW could weave it into a not so good forward-looking statement.

Again, nothing to get excited about, but the noise points towards a company that is no longer on the verge of collapse. Long way to go, but I'm beginning to think, April's update will be pretty much 'steady as she goes' (back to growth and profit).

Presumably the 19p SP, reflects the view that the company is teetering on the edge of an abyss (and to some extent share issue dilution), so words (and much more importantly numbers) that suggest otherwise should send this north ...If they arrive and I concede, it's still an if.

More news (more like a sales release about the CV show). Obviously they are going to be "showcasing" the RH600 (again).

Interesting quote by Nickie

"2019 was an exciting year for Trakm8, with a host of new product development and high-level contract wins; we can't wait to showcase our latest product updates at this year's show."

There is still a lot of growth to be had in fleet via cars.

investorschampion posted this on the quartix board

"In the data obsessed world in which live, telematics and the live tracking of vehicle movements is a growing business. In this podcast, Chris Boxall of AIM specialist Fundamental Asset Management interviews Andy Walters, founder and chief executive of Quartix. hxxps://www.investorschampion.com/channel/podcasts/more-than-money-andy-walters-and-chris-boxall "

The podcast gives an interesting insight into a competitor.

Come on!

The cameras were sold through an integrator and from 2017. This could have been deployed over 3 years and who knows, this may have been the company where the devices needed to be revisited! Things like this need to be relevant - like timescale - that would build confidence in the camera solution that, if I am not mistaken, has not been deployed in any large number in 2019.

It's all well and good to get excited about this but if you read the article you will see it's sold through a reseller. At least half the margin will be going to the re-seller :( No-ones getting rich on this contact

Yes, she seems to be doing well. At the bottom of the article, it notes that Trak has over 250,000 units. Now it's possible this is from an old RNS, or it could be that the tally has increased recently.

Can't wait for the April update to put us all our of our misery one way or another!
