I agree, someone has done their DD and believed that it is a good idea to give them a million pounds. Frustrating that they need cash but might just have a tonne of orders that need to be fulfilled

Hope you are right. The positive I took from it was somebody was willing to give them a loan.

So new loan of 1.4m and 1.01m cash from tax credits. Why do they need all that cash all of a sudden for working capital? My guess is the orders have finally arrived and the factory is working non stop? They already had the tax credits cash so didn't need a loan just for getting through the day. This news seems to be positive. Let's see.

Well, the risk hasn't gone away even with Corbin seen off yesterday.

Most stocks have seen a Boris Bounce, but here we haven't even got a Watkins whimper

Nothing I haven't said here before, businesses hate uncertainty. Now that is over, UK is 100% heading for Brexit next month and since Feb 1st it'll be out. Businesses can now plan. That will unleash a tsunami of investments country-wide, I am hoping TRAK's prospects will do the same and seal the deals in the pipeline. But you never know.

Has it persuaded you to be positive?

It's breach of copyright, sorry no. But it's very positive.

Yes, I wondered whether we'd get a 'Boris bounce' today, but it doesn't seem to have materialised, as it has elsewhere in my portfolio. Hope you're right re the contracts. Any chance you can post these research notes please? Cheers

With Brexit now on track to be resolved by January end and the end of uncertainty the contracts here will start to roll on IMO. Lots of businesses were holding back and now there's no reason anymore. Arden had a new note out today, very optimistic about it. Title is: "TRAK: Possible sentiment boost on election result"

Large contracts can also take a lot of time to deliver and start shipping if there are kinks to be worked out. But hopefully this then pays off at the other end where once shipping there is less chance of them moving away to a different supplier. All that work integrating the 2 business's systems and processes means they hopefully stay around for longer. Dont forget the Direct Line group deal really changed things for Trakm8. Now we have 4 more of those deals and the AA.

Small contracts best imo. Large contracts take a lot of time in the tender process and churn of small contracts are like noise.

She does seem to be able to secure these micro contracts. Guess they all add up and also provide a route in to larger contracts and recurring revenues.

Another fleet contract, hmm: Https://www.trakm8.com/news/plumbase-improves-safety-and-efficiency-with-trakm8 220 cars. This new sales boss Nicky seems to be doing well getting new clients on Fleet.

Don't blame you. I won't pump any new money in here now. I've turned my attentions elsewhere, in that regard. However, I'm slightly (and very cautiously) optimistic about the future of the company after Monday's RNS.

Yep, that contract seems safe. Let's see about the rest. Not back in yet. I forget who said next Feb's results will tell if the worm has really turned. Unless the chart screams "buy" I'm staying out...

I just did some clicking around on the Arden website - link below. Then I thought I'd look at their share price as they are listed on AIM. Their share price has been going straight down from 53p on 1/1/18 to 17p now. hxxps://www.arden-partners.com/
