I don't agree. My own view is that any sale would take place after the full transition away from hardware sales has: (i) taken place; and (ii) the benefits are evident. By then I suspect we'll have 300,000 + devices reporting to our servers. The Co will be much more attractive then. I can't see JW and Co wanting to sell out at the current meager price when the business will be much more valuable in a relatively short space of time (all being well). Yes they want to unload it, it's what JW does, I believe - but not just yet.

Patience my good man.

As to the £50K purchase, it's not a particularly large transaction in the whole scheme of things.

I think yesterday was nothing more that a demonstration of how an ill-liquid share can move very quickly on very little volume.

I still strongly believe a sale will be announced on the 2nd July, if not before and these are the leaks that happen pre-sale.

Someone shoved £50,000 pounds in a highly volatile share, they know something....

For all the reasons I have given, I believe we could be witnessing the final Quarter of Trakm8 in its current guise.

Wonder if this mornings buying suggests an investor magazine or tip sheet is about to recommend Trakm8. They usually come out Thursday/Friday. Or maybe Paul Scott is about to do a complete U-turn. I doubt he was hanging around talking down Trakm8 for no reason.

Looks like same pattern as prior years, little run up to results - where to this time £1.40 again?
Think the decision his time is whether tot hen bail as we always seem to drift back down after, lets hope this is the year the results power us through the upper resistance level.

I suspect we're going to see one or more delayed trades. Either way, glad I nipped in this morning. Got the feeling yesterday, but my buy was rejected - in at the bell this morning.

Was just about to say that the spread was tightening, but then saw this upward movement.

Masternaut now recognising the benefits of big data and are now starting to focus on software over hardware. I'm glad Trakm8 have already moved in that direction.

Just heard about it from a reseller, Trakm8 get them all together once a year and apparently the agenda is all on a new focus etc
