05/4/2018 08:00 | I would think it's to do with the end of the tax year. Would be good to have some form of update from the BOD, at some point soon. Whilst I'm not keen on the release of RNS for changes of toilet paper and so on, it's about time for some news of progress to date and looking forward. I think. GLA | knowbodyyouno
04/4/2018 12:50 | It could be as bhxian suggests. End of the financial year, people capitalising profits/losses and shifting into ISA type shells. | dc2
04/4/2018 12:44 | Any clue to what is going on here? Lots of big sells and yet the price is not moving. | 40toolong
29/3/2018 09:19 | Thanks bhxian. I know that M Cowley transferred into an ISA last year so know it is possible. Assuming it is such a transfer then at least the expectation is to not have to realise a capital loss in the future :) | dc2
28/3/2018 20:10 | dc2 I am not a qualified ifa type person but they do smack of a SIPP transfer- viz transferring money from a trading or other account just before the end of the financial year. The spread is very small and is similar to a bed and breakfast transfer for an ISA. Just my thoughts | bhxian

28/3/2018 19:12 | Hi Blondeamon, what is your take on these large trades that are happening in the background. They look like agreed swaps - not that I have a clue. | dc2
28/3/2018 10:28 | More European contracts is the right direction, good to see progress done there. There 2 contracts I am expecting for a while now should be signed soon too, a German company and an insurer. I hope I am right on this as one of them is quite big. | blondeamon
27/3/2018 14:48 | More like a profit warning from QTX rather than a statement. That company will crash like crazy, a 30x PE for nothing to show. | blondeamon

27/3/2018 12:45 | Telematics specialist, Trakm8, has announced that it will supply telematics and route optimisation to Czech company, COLAS CZ. COLAS CZ, which is a member of the French Civil Engineering giant COLAS Group, will install Trakm8’s devices in a minimum of 1000 vehicles and machines over the course of three years with a view to improving the day-to-day management of its assets and reducing fuel consumption. COLAS CZ will install a variety of devices from Trakm8’s T10 range into a mixed fleet of cars and construction machinery such as excavators, cranes and asphalt pavers working to build the Czech road network. All of the telematics devices will report into the Trakm8 Asset system which has been specifically designed for the management of plant and machinery. The Trakm8 Asset system will provide the company with GPS positions within certain sites, hourly utilisation reports and fuel consumption measurement. Driver behaviour monitoring and remote vehicle diagnostics will be used among COLAS CZ’s 250-strong car fleet. At present, the company uses a multitude of telematics service providers but is looking to set up Trakm8 as their primary supplier with all assets fitted with a Trakm8 device over the next 3 years. Petr Dvořák, Operations Manager at COLAS CZ said: “The telematics system from Trakm8 lets us see and evaluate the utilisation of our fleet of construction equipment and concerning personal cars, allows us to produce journey logs of our employees. The system is working well and both parties are in active communication regarding additional functionality. Bringing these new features live will further enhance the solution and the benefits to COLAS CZ. We look forward to working with Trakm8 over the coming years.” Jon Law, Managing Director of Insurance and Automotive at Trakm8, said: “We are delighted to be working with COLAS CZ in what is an exciting breakthrough for Trakm8’s presence in mainland Europe. Trakm8 Asset uses rugged devices which are ideal for the outdoor environments of COLAS CZ’s vehicles and the solution’s advanced telematics technology will undoubtedly help the company to reduce fuel costs and improve asset utilisation.” | blondeamon

08/3/2018 09:52 | Online activity on TRAK website is +187% compared to last month and steady on high levels since they re-branded in November. | blondeamon
07/3/2018 17:02 | The share price fell at the end of play in line with a rise of 15% in the AA's share price. Bid rumours for the AA no doubt. So many reasons just to ignore the noise on a volatile and illiquid share like Trakm8. Buy the story (at the best price you can get)and hold for the long term. | michaelmouse
07/3/2018 16:34 | They must be lining up a really juicy placing for themselves with this constant drop and seller. | she-ra
07/3/2018 13:45 | March to May is the hottest season, we should see something by then. At least, while older devices break even the profits swell and you don't spend much cash on upfront hardware fees for new ones. Not good long term but should help a lot in the H2 numbers. | blondeamon
07/3/2018 09:50 | I think Trakm8 need to understand that the market likes big stories like the AA, but if they are not winning decent high margin fleet business as well, it’s a half story. Come on Trakm8 get some RNS’ out there. | 40toolong
05/3/2018 15:13 | 50k buy today | jamiemp
01/3/2018 23:12 | People have mentioned the AA's significant debt in the sense that it weakens AA. I don't see it as too much of a problem. It's almost like a utility. Sure they don't have a monopoly in the same way a water company has but they are an oligopoly and there market isn't experiencing any kind of structural change that could make them fade away in the way the Yellow Pages did. If Trakm8's relationship with them is expanding and broadening this can only be a major positive. And they want these services to grow their customer base, particularly with the under 50's. | she-ra
01/3/2018 09:53 | PEG of 0.36, wonder how long it will take for an institution to notice the potential here and the low downside risk for execution compared to high upside risk. More clients added every year, better products developed and International network already underway with multinational agreements in EU and Australia. We should initially see a steady rise to 150p before more people start to look into this. If at year end net debt is less than £1m the market should be really pleased as the danger has all gone away in that case. For those who don't know the whole story here, I wrote this in Q4 17: P.S Nice find rivaldo | blondeamon
01/3/2018 09:42 | Looking good for a sustained rise here now. | philjeans |
