Further to the announcement on 28 June 2019 and as disclosed in the Company's prospectus dated 21 June 2019, the Company announces that restricted stock units over 28,572 ordinary shares granted to Brian McBride have vested effective 27 June 2022 of which 12,858 ordinary shares have been sold to satisfy associated costs. A holding period applies to the shares retained so long as Brian remains a director of the Company.
