I've just spoken to TDW and they're saying that it's a mandatory takeover therefore I have no vote!! WTF??

I reckon even between buys and sells. Those selling would have accepted the bid anyway. Those buying may be against it.

There has been quite alot of volume going through over the last few days.

Presumably there will have to be an RNS about holdings, as it is not Vector buying.

Got another 20k this am at 47p. Only cost is my dealing fee and a bit of stamp duty. Worth a punt I reckon.

I have recieved the paperwork.
Logged on to Capita Portal but they only show ability to vote on the AGM and not the "Special Resolution" regarding the Venture takeover.
Maybe I'm missing something....have sent a query to Capita which hopefully will resolve this.
