Ok here it is guys, Been looking for another forgotten, unloved, undervalued stock. TRAF. Low cap (£2.5MIL) house builder, had its fair share of bad luck (sound familiar), but been turning it around.

Forecasting profit and growth (has a full schedule of developments underway, and more planned). Results could be as early as next week.

Offers good risk/reward. Mid/Longterm I'm looking for +3p. The new government look like they could be house builder friendly in various ways (expect a rate cut soon imo). 1p to BUY.

... oh, and look at that chart, REAL breakout stuff potential!!!

'The Company is delighted by the completion of the two projects at Ticehurst and Borough Green which means that market expectations for the full year will be met and Trafalgar will return to profit. We are confident that the difficulties we experienced in the first half of the year are now firmly behind us and that there are no further legacy issues.

We now look forward to entering into a period of growth and we anticipate FY17 being a strong year. There is a robust development pipeline which has a total gross development value of GBP7.8 million

Peal Cottages @£500K each sold within a few weeks of being made available - Build costs mostly funded out of cash from CJ's deal on the last Oak unit (saving around £60K in interest) so the gross profit should be c.£450K

Cheap build costs as TRAF avoided using a detached house design so saving 25% on facing bricks etc. Site didn't need any new road / footways etc.

Station Road probably made a Gross Profit of £200-225K again design was fairly basic with minimal on-plot requirements.

I expect somewhere around £650-675K Gross development profits before adding planning gains from TRAF's 3 other site (land is in the Southeast so prices are high)

Trafs Gross Profit may hit c.£900K before group costs - £400-500K net maybe?

Quesswork based on QS experience.

@barnetpeter, simple enough story here. TRAF has solid funding in place and a good pipeline of developments located in the Southeast coming on. Completed houses are selling fairly quickly once they go on sale. What's not to like.

A lot going on....a lot of cash coming in. Traf is a bit small and its not easy to see how it grows I suppose. Mkt cap smaller than some of these sales.

I estimate £5 million in sales in 2016. Not sure about profit...a million maybe is possible.

Checked out the Borough Green link.
Maybe good value for money but I wouldn`t have bought it.
Looks bland and ugly. No imagination shown by the architect.
Radiators look too small.

This is a reasonable statement in fact. The only concern is the low cash but should be able to get funding.

I sold a load in the 90's having bought at 60. Would like to see this fall back to the 50/60 levels to buy them back...which they might in the next few days. The company has a stack of projects in 2016/7 and looks a really decent punt now.

I doubt 5p as this has disappointed the mkt too much....although that is just 10 million mkt cap.

1.5p is first target because that was the first placing price. A sharp one day spike is possible though esp on the back of this new news. This is a 4 million plus project.
