Delayed sales didn't make the deadline for inclusion in the last accounts, but will be included in the next report.

There seem to be only 2 more houses left to sell at Okhurst Park Gardens.

Michael - George Street - 14/501185/OUT Decision was made 19th Sept

Reasons haven't been published to Kent's planning portal yet. But it looks like a tricky site with a history of refusals. Refusal could be due to one reason, or 100? However the outline application limits the financial downside and allows TRAF to use the knowledge gained to address planners concerns moving forward.

Rejected? Which one? I can only find one application at Tunbridge Wells pending consideration.

Planning permission rejected again. I've a huge amount invested in this company. Not sure where this company is heading.

Annual report RNS out:

Pretty much as expected.
Optimistic statement from the Chairman in the Outlook - substantial future growth:-
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff and Board on their achievements, which have now laid the foundation for substantial future growth of Trafalgar New Homes"

Interesting! A lot of money in Oakhurst...7 million in total and thats three STC now. I guess the other three will go by september. Remember:

It was also the Board's intention to pay a dividend as a result of sales at Oakhurst Park Gardens, but this also will be postponed and the Board will seek to pay dividends as soon as financially possible.

According to their website only 3 properties remain unsold at Oakhurst Park Gardens.

Well, just checked on Savills website and there are still 5 properties for sale at Oakhurst out of 12 which means they were clearly overpriced and now that the market is flattening out they will probably have to make meaningful price cuts to get them sold. The main question is......will they end up making a loss on the development as a whole when they are all sold.
For me the most surprising thing about TRAF is that the share price is still above the IPO price.
I have them on my monitor but wont be investing until I see the state of the balance sheet.

oakhurst was supposed to be done and dusted for year end, so if there are still properties left then they are overpriced in this market. bodes badly for shareholders.

A possible sale at Oakhurst according to a posting on LSE. I am sitting on a 34% loss on this stock (70% at one stage before I bought substantially at approx. 2p). This company has great potential. The share price can triple or quadruple with some good news. E.g updates on sales, progress on planning permission, new projects.. but silence.

A share price increases 20%. No announcement as far as I know. No broker tip as far as I know. So what is silly in asking if anyone knows why this substantial increase with £6-8000 worth of trades? Perhaps you would've marked up my post if I simply wrote ' 20 pence by next week. Wouldn't want to miss this one'?

I wonder why people only post asking stupid questions only when a share is rising.
