25/3/2014 11:58 | They've also lost their planning application for their Staplehurst site and no appeal has been lodged | nidgeyr
24/3/2014 14:05 | I have been tracking this one but am concerned at how slowly the houses at Oakhurst have been selling. If they have to reduce prices to get them sold they may well end up at b/e or even worse. I think we are in a position to call the top of the housing market for now. I own Crest purely because it trades on the lowest multiple of all the big builders. | salpara111
24/3/2014 13:36 | so almost certain, results will miss expectations now, | pyemckay
24/3/2014 12:36 | At least the Combe Bank Homes website has been updated, that is a step in the right direction. 3 properties sold and 3 sold STC at Oakhurst. | doodlebug4
24/3/2014 11:51 | Price being dragged down by sells, Market desperately needs a news update. | mortimer7

26/2/2014 11:45 | 2. Sites for future development: Land at Chatham, Kent: this site was sold in February 2014. Does anyone know how much this went for? | twiggy2
26/2/2014 11:32 | Certainly right doodlebug...but the trouble is that when the money flows in the price moves so quickly that one is then too late....hence better in early and waiting in this case with the housbuilding sector still on fire (not literally of course!) | jaf111
26/2/2014 11:23 | One of the problems here is that traders get bored with the lack of newsflow and move their money elsewhere. If the website was updated even that would be a good start! | doodlebug4
26/2/2014 10:56 | very very very quiet....BUT rest of sector remains strong so any buying could be well rewarded | jaf111
21/2/2014 11:46 | or maybe today? | jaf111

19/2/2014 10:19 | Agree, just bought 50,000 shares this morning. Large proportion of shares held by Directors, this one could be an interesting play. | sjgadvfn
19/2/2014 09:35 | Looks like this has reached its bottom. | blueball
14/2/2014 08:44 | Where is the news ? | blueball
29/1/2014 19:28 | Their half yearly report was only 6 weeks ago! Even the most informative companies tend to only update the market twice a year once between each set of results. I have been watching this one but was in no hurry to get in as the valuation was overcooked, it is now much more reasonable. | salpara111
29/1/2014 13:44 | A bit of news occasionally wouldn't go amiss with this company! | doodlebug4
29/1/2014 13:20 | Traf should take a lesson from Dave Breith at COMS then...that's the way to build a company on Aim. | moormoney
16/1/2014 00:57 | moor money. traf don't need to put any updates out. It's listed on Aim. | pyemckay
15/1/2014 21:48 | Flatlining not much happening here. | blueball |
