Dividend will be announced at the full year once they have all their cash back. No brainer at these levels.

Agree Cammy. The 12 houses worth £7m are likely to sell the second half, meaning we are likely to best profit expectations for the year.Only niggle for me is that they don't mention the dividend they were looking at previously. Had been looking at taking a stake but mercifully not got in yet.
In theory the company should not have to issue an RNS about a single operational issue but given that they have seen their share price hit quite badly then I agree that they should issue a formal statement to reassure the market.
I guess the bigger issue is to do with the basic business concept and whether it is robust enough.

I recommend everyone read the notice on the councils website, and well yeah...shake your head in disappointment/embarrassment at the council not putting local residents needs first.
