this was hit yesterday by other events. I managed to get in on placing @15p. I had till 27th to hand over dosh.
Yesterdays events meant my broker calling me. He was going to settle early in order to get funds in to Co.
I can only assume that this was to quash any rumours of any connected events. By all accounts its a different set of investors to the other Ramsden connected Co.
So I have paid 4 my shares and if everyone else has, then we have a business.
It looked a bit rocky yesterday but I expect an RNS tomorrow or monday.

today should be last opp to get in sub 20p....it should never have come this far back anyway.

Although I dont like this company I have taken a small position now based on the following.

1) An ex director bought over 1 million share last week see rns

RNS Number:1729C
TradingSports Exchange Systems PLC
20 August 2004

TradingSports Exchange Systems plc (the "Company")

Holding in Company

The Company was informed yesterday that Mr J. Tighe has a beneficial interest in
1,460,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company representing 12.7 per cent.
of the issued share capital.

2) A friend of mine work for a large investment bank and we were discussing the Ramsden saga, apparantely the city doesnt like him at all. Yesterdays mark downs
were due to Hansards investors pulling out, IT HAS NOT BEEN confirmed that Ramsden is one of them. This is risky but big returns are possible.

Like I said very risky but small punt may make you a nice return.

Good luck !

Another Ramsden share. Graph looks just like the other 2 companies he's associated with.

People might be suckered into buying, was tempted myself until I did a bit of digging around.

I have warned every one on this thread also said you are blind with greed. But no one notice because of blindness and what happen lost lots of money. Always look at the fundamentals and not crook who is investing.

Suprised this has held up so well. Bearing in mind this RNS , spell it out really.

LONDON (AFX) - TradingSports Exchange Systems PLC confirmed today that it
plans to raise up to 4.5 mln stg before expenses in a subscription of 30 mln
shares at 15 pence each by a group of investors led by Terry Ramsden, the former
Japanese warrants trader-turned investor.
The net proceeds of the subscription will strengthen the company's balance
sheet and provide it with additional working capital. TradingSports said that if
the subscription does not proceed the company will not have sufficient working
capital for its present requirements and the directors may have to place the
company into administration or liquidation.

Re Ramsden.....

From Digital Look 25/8/04.

`Hansard Group, the PR company in which convicted fraudster Terry Ramsden is planning to take a 10% stake, last night announced that three investors in a £10.65m placing have failed to come forward with their pledged money, according to the Times.`

wouldnt touch this with a barge pole, Ramesden was involced with Hansard placing and look at the mess, rumour to have pulled out of it. This looks like a dead duck to me.

Watch and wait and you will see

dont worry about me dusseldorf - I know your little game.
MM's may well mark down in anticipation of a sell off after 1/9 - but everyone is expecting it, so you can bet that it just wont happen.
I know a little bit more about this one and was glad to get in at 15p in the placing.
This stock is purely news driven for the near term as has been demonstrated. And you can bet the rumour mill will be working overtime in the next few months.

IMO this is a lovely little punt!!

dusseldorf - stick to something you now, whatever that may be...

Elsworth, that hardly describes me!!!
I got my allocation at 15p last week - had to tear my brokers arm off for it....well scaled down.
Still, cant complain - and whats more, I wont complain!!!

ALL the stock at 15p has been TAKEN. The fella in the dark suit, white shirt, blue bow tie, Gold necklace, Rolex watch, Next trousers.......has bought them all!!!!!

The rest of the stock has been played all the way up to 77p and back down to 30p and now back to 85p.

Dusseldorf, if you can ask Opthalmist for access to level 6, the chart actually speaks to you on that level. However, i have level 4, and its showing a Va Va Voom to 85p on level 4 and maybe 1.40 according to level 6.....either way, the big fellas are getting back in.....wow another 25k buy at 35p......someone else with level 4 and above access.........this is cheating.....

Marcos.......updating level 4

30p.....35p.....45p............BANG 85p...........

The ONLY reason this is rising is that several people are all trying to catch it as it falls...and the MM's haven't received their new stock yet from impending placement at 15p

LOL - at current price level (and with £4m placing at 15p), the company would be worth £12m....thats £12,000,000 for a failed company with an annual turnover of less than £250,000.....my friends company turns that in about 3 weeks!

My level 10 screen says all current buyers will be shafted once the placing has been agreed at NOT HIGHER THAN 15p....possibly 10p for example.
