Praxient buys another 2m. If that is not convincing evidence that there is a lot more to come , I don't know what is. If Morningstar data is correct, major holders have 88%.

The E.U. is raising emission taxes because of climate change and heavy industry pollution, whilst it sees more jobs being created in green businesses, telecoms and green energy.

IanBrewster,

must admit I haven't read the documentation but the RNS says:

Election deadline for B Share Choices 23 July 2013
B Share Dividend Date and Purchase Date 30 July 2013

which implies to me you will be able to choose to receive your cash either as a Capital Return (via purchase of your B Shares), or as a Dividend (your B-shares pay a dividend and subsequently become worthless), depending which suits you tax-wise. Or as I mentioned above, you will probably be able to choose a mix of both if that makes sense for you.

(Note to self: must read the documentation asap!)

not sure that there are any decisions to make. B shares will be issued, cancelled and the proceeds returned to you. Timetable in the last RNS.

your broker will give you the opportunity to select which option you want - normally you can do some shares one way and the rest of your holding the other way, if so inclined. You need to check with your broker how they get your selection (secure message, email, online tool, etc).

They then aggregate the replies to make an overall response.

Be warned that the broker's cutoff date can be well in advance of that set by the company.

On Wednesday the E.U. Parliament acted to support the Emissions Trading System by approving measures designed to revive sagging prices and confidence in the centerpeace of Europe's efforts to cut greenhouse gases.

Well here it goes, we are ex-div now.

Let's see where this opens up tomorrow morning. Today's price without the dividend is 18.75 so anything above that is good enough.

Given the NAV remaining after the 15p, if the share price were to fall by 15p or more, it would provide a great buying opportunity.
