Non exec director David Shalders has bought £20k worth of shares.

Annual results are due 13th March.

Dividend has been unchanged at 16.85p for last five years (5.60p interim, 11.25p final), at a current undemanding yield of 3%. Liberum issued a buy note on 15th Jan raising their price target from 580p to 665p.

Sudden jump in volumes and price. At chart breakout level.

And interim results announcement due in just 6 days' time, on 8th August.

Have a surprisingly sensible portfolio of income earning shares in my SIPP. Not an Aim dog stock amongst them!

Stob has been the best performer of them all. Dividend doubled in a year, and the share price has also, accordingly.

I hadn't picked up on the CEO Phizackerley buying £691k worth of shares just a couple of weeks ago. Great to see.

Curiously quiet bb thread, given this is such a good income earning business. Maybe advfn readers haven't found this thread after the change of company name.

Director buy, Andrew Baddeley CFO buys just under £76,000 worth at 4.47.

Nice recovery after the relatively weak opening.

22% increase in underlying operating profit, bodes well for future Dividends. Management appear to be doing all the right things and therefore justifying strength in share price since the merger.

Took profits here the other day 446p

after the strong move up from 270p to 485p

i'm keeping 80% of that move

Nice update this morning. I had put an automatic sell order at 480 on my account yesterday thinking it may get there sometime in next 90 days. Was surprised to see it triggered this morning. I had only bought 5 weeks ago, so pleased to get a dividend and capital gain. Will keep an eye on this and possibly buy dips.
