is there something wrong with the chart - as I have done a dummy sell and I was quoted £1.57 for them, but the chart above says £1.46ish.

Fantastic set of results. Earnings should be higher next year as full benefit of interest rate savings work their way through. Non-recurring charges from H1 won't be repeated either. Merrion centre is a fantastic asset.

as of today (Pickles on planning, the ending of Regional
development authorities, efect of VAT rise on retail)
its hard to be a bull of regionally-based investment.

but I'm still stuck as a holder

Chairman2 - surely it is a combination of growth - reduced unemployment - stability in the housing sector

Merrion Centre is a fantastic asset with excellent tenant profile. I wouldn't be surprised if Hammerson fancied a crack. Thanks for quoting the source.

But with two huge sells at 8:50ish...

edit - I take it back, not so huge.

Tom winftreth tipped it on T1Ps.com.

Good writeup, he has talked to Ziff a few days ago. I looked at the interims, and there is too much I dont understand, not explained by winfreth for me to invest. Good dividend yield, though.

My main concern is that it may be a one trick pony with its merion centre

I think TCSC has been tipped somewhere over the weekend. Just a hunch judging by the buying out of the gates. Be nice to get confirmation later on in the day by subscribers in the know.

There is poor liquidity on this stock because it is owned by institutions and directors in the main.

looked at buying some of these today but put off by the 10p spread !! This is not a 'tiddler' as it has an £80m cap , so why such a big spread ? Some days the spread is 4p , others 12p !!

Added a thread with charts - seems a well run interesting property play with a half decent yield.

All broker comment and info much appreciated.

Doesn't take much volume to get these moving.

Assume the finals will be good, expected early Sept so not long now (they usually do a 'notice of results')

In the 25th Feb ints, NAV as at 31dec08 was 271p

They said in the IMS on 19th May
Interim Management Statement covering the period from 1 January to 18 May 2009.
Overview
Although property values have fallen since our 31 December 2008 valuation, the
rate has slowed significantly and we believe the outward movement in yields may
have run its course. Our next portfolio valuation will be conducted as at our
year end 30 June 2009 in line with our normal practice.

Guess NAV may be -15% on last 6 months, so 230p?

Will soon find out.
