Placing likely if they farmout only for 24.5%, but:
in this oil environment partner might want to take entire 49% share.
in case of placing (£5-6m max) that still market cap is very low (after placing £11-£12m). It is short term cycle investment and first drill should bring enough capital (debt based financing) for other follow up wells.

Hi TS yes I do still have some that I bought about a year ago, I think the next RNS will be a small placing, the company is totally skint, why else would Jeremy do a proactive investor out of the blue, to get some interest, let's face it if the farm in was that close, he would just do it
