Jeremy can loan the company some loot to tide them over.

Placing likely if they farmout only for 24.5%, but:
in this oil environment partner might want to take entire 49% share.
in case of placing (£5-6m max) that still market cap is very low (after placing £11-£12m). It is short term cycle investment and first drill should bring enough capital (debt based financing) for other follow up wells.
Looks good.

Hi TS yes I do still have some that I bought about a year ago, I think the next RNS will be a small placing, the company is totally skint, why else would Jeremy do a proactive investor out of the blue, to get some interest, let's face it if the farm in was that close, he would just do it

Looks like you missed your chance of buying in the twenties mr hangman. Mind you this is a giveaway price at the moment if all goes to plan. I hope you still have some though as I think 1p will be the first target to hit once the partner and the deal is announced.

Something's in the air! Could there be a leak regarding a deal being done and dusted? Could Tower be about to rise from the ashes once again, what was the CoS, 80%, not bad odds. If the farm out has been done this could be a very quick three bagger.

Yes,and then lift off before flying into orbit. This one one has a habit of taking off in spectacular fashion. Those invested when the farm out is announced will be the lucky ones. GLA
