Mr. H, they can't raise funds at less than 1p without changing the nominal value which is unlikely as they have recently raised 1.7m at 1p.

Encarter, I've got plenty of shares i can sell you at 25% Premium to the market price,
my betting they would be lucky to get a funding away at anything over 0.50p
The directors have not got a good track record on returns on placing over the years

Most of the money needed will come from loans against the asset once it's producing. They need to raise enough cash to drill one well and already have about £2m. They still need a bit more cash which will be raised at 1p and a guarantee from someone that when they confirm oil that that someone will loan them the additional cash needed.

ive traded it from 240p before it was yielding far higher than that and was covered as is now. .That turned out v well thankyou.And the market is in the beginnings of a crash.Its dropping hard back towards support as we speak,and I expect they'll be an opportunity for those levels again in the next yr or two.The globe is moving into recession and a global crash is expected by most ppl soon.Major stocks are collapsing atm all over the place and liquidity is drying up across the board.At some point theyll be a capitualation event.Until then a bear market it is,which is what were in now.

I seemed to remember you around last time I traded trp from 1.30 to 6 calling everyone stupid then.you came in far too late at about 4-5p ,called it like a complete plonka.sadly got dusted on, and then tried to make out you sold at 7p ROFL
