Would not get too excited about Coho tie-in......its the rainy season and progress would be slow.....probably best to delay the Coho pipeline construction till rainy season over........THAT IF IT EVER GETS THE GREEN LIGHT.

I see where you're going. In the March 31 RNS, it notes "Following the extended oil test, the Company may complete an uphole shallow gas interval in the Cruse formation"

However, so far they've been 100% wrong in initial assessment of the ultimate fluid contained in reservoirs in Casc and Chinook, so, oil it is then ;-)

I read on Lse that one investor had contacted ii on this matter and they replied they did not loan out stock.
So it must be different for different brokers?
I trade through ii, so pleased about that.

Obviously when you "loan" stock you sell it........creating a short.

Most of the borrowing is from nominee account holders (yes, these companies loan out your stock for a fee, to then be sold against you as shorting).

So they charge you to hold your stock in their account, then they loan the stock out for a fee to be sold against you by shorters.

Win Win for them :)

These are the figures for recent months... waiting for June 2021 figures to be publicly released.

TXP Stock on Loan from Euroclear

Jan 2021____0.52%
Feb 2021____1.23%
Mar 2021____7.14%
Apr 2021____8.65%
May 2021____8.79%

Euroclear.

In May the stock on loan (which is the shorting) was at 8.79% of all the TXP stock.

I am expecting June figure to be over 9%, perhaps even over 10%.......waiting for Euroclear to update their figures.

To buy back the 18 to 20 million short position would take this back to 170p levels, perhaps even a burst through 200p - on the short squeeze alone.

Dunderheed, might also be unrelated to the Cruse.

The Minister expects Coho on line in Q3.

Its Q3.

Pipe takes 60 days to lay down.

So really, the go ahead has to come in the next 30 days to meet the Q3 online hopes of the Minister.

True probably a few buys based on nothing but worth pointing out the post from earlier again. This has spiked 7% on 120k of buys. Imagine what 18million buys will do.

The next date for your calendar is the RNS that will be issued for the flow testing of the Cruse formation at Chinook. If good....sp to be capped......and if bad, take share price lower.
Its looking like it will be good.
Test at the moment.......results next week.

The next share price move is all about the Cruse testing at Chinook........and I said it was looking good.

Looks like the news has leaked......but never rule out a pumpo & dump....early days...do lets see.

Testing started yesterday its rumored, so perhaps its a bit of leaky gambling buying this morning as someone saw a flare ?

Cruse news should be Monday or Tuesday imo. Next week for sure imo.

Maybe its a fountain of fizzy water and not a flare ?
