With results on the 10th, i will personally be happy with: Profit of around 150k to 200k following last year's H1 loss of 300k. This will be quite achievement, considering C19 crisis. Healthy cash balance (anything around £1 million will be very good) OK outlook for H2 due to C19 Overall profitable outcome for FY20 Some estimate of FY21 numbers Just wondering what others thoughts are.

Was the spike in order book at the start of the year a one-off?

Going through RNSes, can someone assist aa to why order book went from 1.7million in January to just 500k in June. Is it due to virus.

Can you either post the link to the said story or point me in the direction so I can possibly comment Bio. Cheers

Hi bio, I seem to recall in the last investors call Ian suggest that they planned to to gain market share by selectively uncutting competition (if they were in the financial position to do so in H2). So could well be the former?

They have a new offer for ATC clients starting from £2.75 per device connection/per month. This seems quite a low pricing. Either they are trying to gain market share or they are really struggling with ATC. I think it may be the latter since they did allude to performance issues with ATC. Never quite understood how ATC fits in the wider business but hopefully, it is not a drag like OnBoard was.

There it is. The 12k sell appeared. Bid was 57p at the time, someone seems keen to get out at such discount.

I very much doubt many companies can stand up now and give a clear indication of expectations over the coming year with confidence. I expect a set of very good half year results coupled with a cautious statement going forward. Obviously for once we were in the right place at the right time, had it not been for covid 19 we would be over a quid now. Having said that we all know how hard it is to build any kind of stake here, so if one has confidence in TST and IM then possibly take a two year view. Those who own under twenty thousand shares can possibly drip feed them into the market and take a shorter view. For what it's worth, I see TST as a great little company with great products and good offerings, coupled with a guy who's past success in delivering value is almost second to none. If we take the worse case scenario of a bleak outlook going forward, then the share price may well be hit and there again leaves TST vulnerable to being either taken over or bought out by management. Obviously I leave Mark out of the latter equation as we all know about his investment ideologies

How about if they warn about outlook? They did mention the 12 to 18 months lag. There has been a 170% rise in share price since March already.

Jeevje, price action on 10th Sep will be driven by: 1) profit numbers 2) outlook Regarding (1), current mcap is around £5million. Taking out £1million cash and assuming PE of 10 gives earnings of £400k for full year. I would say market has priced in around £200k profits for HY. Anything higher should result in an uptick, assuming (2) reads OK. (2) is critical and i will have my eyes peeled for the outlook statememt. Our Churchllian leader will have to carefully choose his words. If outlook positive and we get good forecast numbers for FY20 and FY21, i won't be surprised if market starts valuing TST on future rather than historical earnings, and slightly higher PEs. Let's say earning for FY21 is forecast to be 600k and assuming a PE of 12 gives £7.2million. Add £1million cash and we should be sitting around £8million MCAP, if outlook positive. Other thoughts welcome.

How much of that is priced in already? Risk is that there is a selloff on results, if outlook is uncertain.

Only 11 trading days until interims. Reminder from last update... "...The forward momentum we had entering this year continues to drive the business forward and we expect a profitable outcome for the six month period ending 30 June 2020. We continue to outperform against the expectations contained in our roadmap to navigate through this Covid-19 crisis (C-19). We expect to report what we believe will be a strong interim result for the six months ending 30(th) June 2020 in early September. The positive trading has flowed into greatly improved cashflow. We continue to generate free cash and will report significantly higher cash balances at the interim stage than those we started 2020 with..."
