07/4/2020 11:29 | yep at least one of their products is for managing home deliveries, if my memory is correct | smithie6
07/4/2020 10:42 | I think they'll do alright going through this mayhem, esp with the gov help.Don't forget that logistics is one of the few segments of the economy still going, and that won't change even after corona. A lot of people will have changed their shopping habbits. | 2toptrader
07/4/2020 10:27 | Buy going above ask; yet, the ask is not being moved to enable buying. | jeevsje
07/4/2020 10:23 | Yes, until this bloody virus the company had clearly turned the corner. However, the impact to business will and can only be measured once the lock down has been lifted. Management must be prudent with regards to personnel and can not allow an over staffed company to use up all of its cash, until it knows that the outlook has changed. We are in a very weird time and haven spoken to my accountant recently, there are already some clients saying that they will no longer be able to continue their businesses once this is over. This in TST case maybe good news as if any competitor goes to the wall then they maybe can fill the space left behind. Keep safe folks and hopefully in a month or so things may look very different. | cocker
07/4/2020 07:20 | "Since the company's last update on 18 December 2019, the Group's order inflow has continued to be encouraging. At the year end the order book stood at GBP1.2 million (FY 2018: GBP254,000) and it has subsequently increased to approximately GBP1.7 million by the end of January 2020". & PBT & PAT for 2019 declared as higher than expectations so, in 1 year (& with the new boss) the order book rose from 254k to ~1700k. increase of more than x6 !! impressive & turnover last year of more than double the current cap. value while yes, some of that order book might be postponed due to the crisis but it still shows that the co. has products that are up to date & in demand & that the new boss is clearly turning the co. around; while yes, we have to see the impact that the corona crisis has & how long it lasts | smithie6
06/4/2020 16:57 | Once your in dnt think you can sell An illiquid share to the max Dnt bother | iamgreat1
06/4/2020 16:03 | Still NT to buy at 35p. | jeevsje
06/4/2020 14:23 | 35p ask and still NT to buy 1000 shares. | jeevsje
06/4/2020 14:17 | ...well, MMs are allowed to take a position in a stock if they want to so, if they drop the price on tiny volume they have the chance to then hoover up a chunk of shares from scared holders, & then sell later on at a profit, assuming they were right & the price recovers, but it didnt happen here since almost no one wanted to sell at the crashed share price | smithie6
06/4/2020 14:01 | This has been NT to buy for the last few hours. Why would market makers not move off the ask? They were happy to drop it on low volume but not keen to let people buy now. Something for Touchstar management to look into. | jeevsje
01/4/2020 07:46 | Indeed, but importantly, no debt and comfortable cash balance. I reckon great time to top up considering that we have limited number of shares and impossible to buy when it is moving up. I reckon Ian will buy another chunk once finals are out in a few weeks. | likitorma
01/4/2020 07:41 | Not a bad update , given the circumstances. They'll manage their way through this crisis esp with the goverment support. At 2 mil mc, this is priced to go bust. | 2toptrader
01/4/2020 07:30 | Very honest trading update. First quarter trading was broadly on budget with growth from continuing businesses up 40% compared to the first quarter of last year. So, we were on track for excellent growth. Shame business is impacted in short term, as any other business but at least, At least, order book still looks good, although that may slip a bit. TST is resilient due to nature of business providing support to key infrastructure, having no debt, around £800k in the bank based on Jan trading update and satisfies the criteria for Govt support. Very honest RNS from Ian, as usual. | jeevsje
31/3/2020 20:03 | There is still some happy to sell at these levels looking at the trades again today.. does seem crazy but hey ho. | tole
26/3/2020 11:04 | New article on TST's web site about the vital nature of the logistic sector under Covid-19, emphasising TST's role in the food and fuel distribution industries: | rivaldo
25/3/2020 18:01 | Someone sold at 22p, what's the point?! u might as well just write it off. | 2toptrader
25/3/2020 10:37 | I've added a few as well here | tole
25/3/2020 08:57 | Averaged down on these ones today, think about it. most of their customers are in the logistics business. £1.9 mil mc with half of that in cash. | 2toptrader
14/3/2020 15:05 | 11-03-20 : | leoboy
14/3/2020 12:38 | Yes it looks like a rather good order and as they are part of a larger group more could follow. | pavey ark
12/3/2020 20:23 | An update on their web site for a very satisfied customer with pod star. One would have to assume that almost every business is going to be hit by the current situation, how bad is anyone's guess. | cocker
