Results out early and make reasonable reading with a definite positive tone going forward. Personally hoping for a little more but hey ho, better than normal.

I think it goes without saying, tst is in a much better place than it has been for some time with orders following in. I have been informed that not all orders are out there, as the information act restricts their ability to name each and every one of them. My only concern is that holding large quantities means selling in the open market can prove to be difficult at times. However, results later this month will reveal progress.

Sorry about my last post as you cannot buy at under 40p.
I had a little top up at 39.5p and went back for more and found that the price was up 2p !!

I'm afraid there is no market in these shares due to the ridiculous spread.

Given the very impressive order for their products/ services on Friday I was surprised that I seemed to be the only one going for more.

Now have a fair holding here so let's see what the results bring.

Major contracts, orders coming in, major shareholder increasing holding and you can still buy under 40p or market cap of c. £3.5m.

The following statement was made in the finals. Maybe, those larger contracts are starting to flow in.

"We have developed a complete management suite of software in the transportation and proof of delivery market (PODStar). PODstar was originally aimed at the small to medium fleet operators (10 -100 vehicles). From a standing start we now have an installed base of 14 customers. The financial model is for the customer to pay an installation set up fee, then a monthly charge per vehicle per month.

We originally targeted smaller fleet operators, as it was the quickest way to market and to establish an installed user base. However, our solution is very scalable and we are now starting to see enquiries from much larger fleet owners. This is encouraging, although we recognise that decision timelines of these organisations tend to be much longer."

We are owned by two large European companies DCC plc 60% and DLG amba 40% .


DCC plc is an international group with operations in 15 European countries and a total turnover of DKK 106 billion. DKK. The activities are divided into 4 business areas:

LPG 47%
Retail & Oil 27 %
Healthcare 14%
Technology 12%

As I said, a very, very important order for a number of reasons.

I reckon interims should be out within next two weeks. Worth remembering that Martin holds around 8%, and one of the major shareholders increased his stake further few weeks back.

Market makers are trying to shake things up. Couple of weeks ago, they were refusing buys at 42p, yet has allowed this to drop on very small volume. Another big order on the website from a FTSE100 company:

The bid drops 2p on 250 shares traded. I guess not only are punters put off with the silly spread, but if you are holding say only 20 thousand shares, it is almost in possible to trade. Bizarre situation that needs addressing, although any positive news will send them into orbit.

Nice spread which really encourages shares to be traded. I would be happy to add more at these depressed levels but don't want to be left with too much stock that is impossible to sell at any given time

There you go, 3k shares sale drops the share price by 5%. At least, they are giving offers to buy now. At 43p, they were refusing to give buy quotes. 41p to buy now.
