The market is certainly pathetically thin and the spread wide at 33-39p. I wanted to do a bed & breakfast between 2 accounts but decided to pay my CGT instead. Judging by what Mr Martin tells us, these shares look cheap and we, the shareholders, could recover some of our losses soon. In my case the price needs to treble !

Not always easy to pick a Ruby from a mountain of rocks and tst/bvm have failed for some time. However, Martin is turning this company around and it won't take alot to push the share price northwards. For me the risk reward scenario is balanced firmly towards the rewards rather then the risk. I believe upside will be 100% within 12 months and as soon as funds become available, I will add.

Hmm, the recent share price performance of Feedback does not fill me with confidence.

Once results are out next month we will see. Until then at this price TST remain a good safe bet for a 6/12 month punt

New management came in 3 years ago, restructured, raised funds and promised growth. The fact they need to restructure again shows their previous exercise didn't work, borne out by the fact that revenues are down on two years ago.

Strategic review, well if that means off loading underperforming parts of the business, then so be it. In my opinion TST is a damn good bet at these levels. 6 to 12 months could easy double your money.

"A positive dynamic was cash generation, this enabled the group to end the financial year with a healthy net cash position." I don't really think you can spend on R&D and call the rebate "cash generation" so I am taking the above to mean that on an operational level they generated cash. Some will remember that the three year plan allocated expenditure in each year but included in that plan was the assumption that cash will be generated in the developing business. ie. the cash raised last year was less than the total planned expenditure over the three years. (all in great detail with in the rights issue prospectus) One year in and money has to be spent so the company will certainly NOT show a bottom line profit but if you remove this development expenditure there is certainly a profitable business .

"A positive dynamic was cash generation, this enabled the group to end the financial year with a healthy net cash position." Before my purchase yesterday I spent some time looking at previous results and obviously concentrated on the H1 report. No mention of cash generation but just the suggestion that thing would get better in H2. Now they are saying that things DID get better in H2 and they are now highlighting "cash generation". Things get a bit foggy here with the large (percentage terms)investment in R&D and new software etc in one period and the rebate on this expenditure in another period but reading today's statement and comparing it to the H1 report I am going with cash generation on an operational/trading level and an increase in the £500k cash they had.

Some rays of light at the end of a long tunnel, signs they might be starting to get it together at long last. but another strategic review needed? That's quite depressing

It didn't say they were generating operating cash flow in H2. It just said healthy net cash. Which could mean £200k or £500k.

boonkoh, fair point but hard figures are rare in trading updates. Cash at the end of H1 was £186k then they got £300k tax rebate which they had expected in H1. Importantly they are continuing to generate cash so I would suggest that the cash is well north of £500k (and rising?) A market cap of under £3m with a t/o of c. £7m/£8m is rather odd and if you throw in the cash and the cash generation then things are getting a bit silly. I have another limit order in but I suspect the MMs have no stock and are waiting for a sell order.

I'm impressed. HY results had the dreaded second half weighting warning. But they have delivered.Only thing lacking for me are the numbers. Why not quantify things like net cash? We're now in Feb so should be easy to provide net cash as of Dec 31.

Rivaldo, I must admit to just dipping in and out here but I have always thought that Martin was fairly explicit as to what he was doing and how long it would take. I don't remember any extravagant promises but as I said I've hardly been totally focused .

Much more positive than I expected. We've heard sentiments like this before, but hopefully IM has learnt his lesson and must be pretty sure of what he's saying: "the Board expects to see significant improvement in the Group's performance in 2019 compared to 2018"

One year into a three year total reconstruction and they are generating cash at a higher rate than expected and have a healthy cash pile. The onboard unit is "lumpy" given the small numbers of customers involved especially compared to the 400+ customers in the POD business. The access unit was held up in H1 with a software delay but now looks to be on track. I am impressed by the progress made and expect this progress to continue. I topped up yesterday and will add more if the market doesn't respond to this very positive update. PS: I had a buy order in and only filled when a sell order went through. I suspect the mms don't have much stock.
