Looks like the valuation gap between here and the Canucks has now closed. A few buys trickling in ahead of drill results. Fortunately none of the craziness here that plagued UKOG.

The first well, PS-602, is located in the Grand Ravine WD-4 Block. It was spudded on February 3 and is being drilled down to around 5,500 feet, targeting two zones (the upper and lower Forest formations - these are the main producing formations at Grand Ravine, and the well is positioned in what’s seen as an ‘undrainedR17; portion of the property.

Target depth is expected to be reached within ten days, with the well online for production within fourteen after that - so we could well hear news next week.

The second rig is expected to commence drilling before the end of the month at the Forest Reserve WD-8 block.

Thanks CHET, the above article certainly does provide an encouraging response to today's update - and what's more it appears we shouldn't have to wait too long to discover preliminary findings of current program.

rossannan, I couldn’t improve on your assessment. Taking all factors into account I came to the conclusion that the share price growth would be clearly greatest in TXP, and since we’re here to make money that is all that matters.

I understand risk adjusted returns, but since I don’t think debt will be a problem, that’s not relevant to me. I’m just looking at the absolute return.

We can see from the trajectory, that we will be cashflow positive and then kick on. However, the market views TRIN a far better investment, as does Malcy, because they are cashflow positive with a large cash balance and debt free.

I can see that, but if you asked me which would outperform in respect of their share price over the next 18-36 months, I would say TXP every time when compared to any of the T&T producers.

At a Shares Magazine Investment Presentation I recall PB clearly saying there would likely be a second ten well drilling campaign in the second half of the year.

Good update - with confirmation that production is still circa 1500bopd

Next 6 months have the potential to be transformational for the company.

Good to see that some of the early drill locations are in areas with very high historic production performance.

A nice update, I did add here yesterday.

First drill spudded and 10 days from total depth, these wells don't take long to drill.

Meeting licence obligations this year, but like that they are building in some future drilling prospects options into some of these pads.

I suppose the put option is sensible at this junction.

A hint at the end of the statement that they might go above and beyond the 10 well drills this year, depending on circumstances.

Things are looking good here, this is my preferred T&T oil play.

Yes agree, the share price will remain moribund until some, hopefully good news is announced..

Has anyone any thoughts on what the next news announcement could be about?.
