06/11/2007 17:47 | Trades today all buys again. Something still stiring. 15:39 50,000 @ 5.50p 11:39 5 @ 5.50p 11:21 20,000 @ 5.50p | haydock
05/11/2007 09:19 | Now a dead stop, suggests the news is not out, a group of people had the word over the weekend, small group, & all bought. Draw your own conclusions. All that has happened lately is the easy pumping up of MDZ, on merit, which will have added value to TOU. | haydock
05/11/2007 08:39 | Action, lots of action? Multiple small buys, but no news yet. | haydock
05/11/2007 08:03 | Has this been tipped all buys this morning? | thinkbig?
29/10/2007 12:33 | This was from the MDZ interims & one of the directors has just bought more shares recently. Didn't Touch write it down on the balence sheet? MDZ, is being pushed along today, any sustained rise has to be good for touch. Note Sustained!!! OutlookThe growing demand for digital out-of-home media coupled with our improved positioning and awareness of our services in the marketplace gives us grounds for optimism in the future. The second half of 2007 has begun with the Group's strongest ever quarter and in addition to a wide range of work in the education sector we have a good order book going forward with a number of well known blue-chip clients. The impact of the rationalisation programme that was begun in 2006, is anticipated to be fully realised in the second half of 2007, with cost benefits occurring, primarily, in salary and administrative costs. Although headcount has increased, we have recruited more chargeable engineering resource whilst reducing non-revenue producing staff costs resulting in a net saving in salaries and employment overhead. As part of our revised strategy in the market, we have begun developing closer ties with traditional Point-of-Sale suppliers as we believe that the future of in-store Point-of-Sale lies in the amalgamation of our technology with more traditional methods; the common ground being creativity in the crafting and delivery of the message. | haydock
29/10/2007 08:56 | Looks as though Mediazest is alive & kicking. SP is being revived by some pi buying, company may move into profit. Has developed an interesting & un advertised technical link for it's hardware. Like tou, does not issue enough rns, information. Tou still has 25%?. It could be on the balence sheet as a plus soon? | haydock
05/10/2007 08:26 | Well he has picked a share with a few assets, about to be turned around, & an share price which is at the bottom. In the next six months if the market holds it will look undervalued in share mag, or a tipsheet. It will be the turn of the Touch stone to be turned over. A much better sharper company than it was at the pump & dump 25p. All a matter of time, not a bad bet if it moves. | haydock
04/10/2007 20:57 | mr.slater is v v v popular...supposedly v nice and very shrewd!! | patviera
04/10/2007 17:12 | A little stake building: Mr Slater seems to have friends. | haydock
01/10/2007 15:15 | its only a matter of when the market takes notice of these again . | rossstar3
27/9/2007 12:07 | looking really cheap now especially if they hit profit. | rossstar3
27/9/2007 12:06 | vincent keeps buying the shares , cant be bad. | rossstar3
27/9/2007 10:36 | We now have some figures to work on. Published on time with a much improved write up by the Chairman. Actual facts & figures , no more ra, ra. The market values the company at its actual value & no more. No premium & as no figures for the valuation of Touch Local. The loss is under contral & would have been only £142,000 had they not written down MDZ, again wisely, although there is life in that company now. Good signs of market focus & very large contracts going forward. A new era of cost control & savings to come which will put the company into profit in the next 6 months. The best statement yet by far, you can all draw any conclusions you like. | haydock
20/9/2007 15:56 | but no rns on how buiseness is picking up is a bit worrying. | rossstar3
18/9/2007 08:27 | If they are being a good company from now on, they will be about to tell us when to expect the results for the last six months. Communication could be their new found skill. Results due soon anyway. | haydock
03/9/2007 16:57 | what like SRTS!!! | jailbird
03/9/2007 12:48 | tipped in papers 6 months ago , no news yet but any good news could see the price rocket from 5 p. | rossstar3
28/8/2007 14:31 | could be a t trader gonzelas or a a worked sell from a few weeks back. | rossstar3
28/8/2007 13:29 | Is it just my imagination or has there been a 25k sell on this stock every day for about 3 weeks? How can the share price substain this level in the face of the sales? Hmmnn.... | gonzales
10/7/2007 09:54 | Date: Monday 10 Jul 2006 LONDON (ShareCast) - Media marketing services group Touch announced today that the restructuring of the business is beginning to pay dividends in its publishing division. Touch said its publishing arm, Touch Briefings, has achieved a 25% increase in sales revenues to £2.8m in the first six months of the year. The group said Touch Briefings has undergone a major restructuring that has seen significant enhancements to its international publications and as such it now boasts a client base of international companies. Chief executive Tamer Ozmen said, "Over the past 18 months the group has invested considerable effort in realigning and restructuring both divisions and I am very pleased to see the benefits of this, firstly in the publishing division and I look forward to this now being closely followed by the online division." Finally we have the kind of news flow we always wanted from TOU. Favourable, but not profitable, for certain of course. We cannot compare full group figures as far as I can see, but its onward & upward at least. Sounds as if the Verticles have not taken off, thats why they were trimmed. MDZ share price is tanking, just when they seemed to be growing. Maybe TOU will pick up the pieces if it bombs? | haydock
02/7/2007 10:36 | Mediazest has finally emerged from its long silence with full years figures. A widening loss of course, as one expects of anything associated with TOU !!! However the business is expanding very rapidly with , numerous blue chip customers, & apart from the cash burn does look an almost viable unit, which may eventually , next few years? have a value for TOU. A good read anyway, & not a dead duck, perhaps a good buy to take private at this stage? Bit similar to TOU really. | haydock
11/6/2007 14:21 | 20p it is then quotes , why not? | rossstar3
31/5/2007 09:46 | Would have been nice if there was some kind of incentive to go with those options, say the price to hit 20p within 3 years would help otherwise they really mean absolutely nothing to investors. | quotes_4_u |
