>> bw6402 That's why we all think it's massively undervalued! But I think the answer to your question is that up until now it's been a low margin business but that is changing as THC expands. The margins there are much higher. The bottom line is that a profitable company turning over more than £100 million, with more than £10 million cash, paying a 2% dividend, growing steadily and being identified as a takeover target for private equity should be valued way higher.
No one going to bid for Totally whilst we have Covid 19 , morally would be disruptive to UK as management would have to defend the takeover.
To get back to TLY I remember the fall after the takeover of Vocare was at least partly because the IIs were wary of the business model where they had to constantly get contract renewals. I think TLY has proved beyond all doubt this was not a real concern as they consistently get big contracts renewed and indeed win new ones. Onwards and upwards....

Hope it doesn't get suspended too Del..... .....A low ball 30p takeover bid would be disappointing! :)
I hope there isn't an takeover for at least a year or 2... THC has only got started... They've proven that they are not covid dependent and how important their services are to the NHS. If anyone does approach the bod then I'm sure there will be more than 1 company interested... Bob seems to know a lot of IIs. But for now, let the company continue to grow exponentially. Recurring and growing revenues, dividends. Revenue £105m (2019 £78m, fy2018 £42m) Ebitda £4m (2019 £1.1m, fy2018 £0.2m) Cash £8.9m (2019 £7.5m, fy2018 £10.2m) Gross margins up Paying dividends
I can't see a takeover here....Bob wants to build another empire!
Way to early for takeover, not really proved themselves if they can secure 7 year deals in future then perhaps they may get some interest. I’m sure bob and co want to become much bigger before then. Keep increasing dividends year in year is what he wants.
Can not see this as a takeover , lots of valued shareholders who are holding
