Vesting of LTIP Awards

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), a leading provider of frontline healthcare services, corporate fitness and wellbeing services across the UK and Ireland, announces the vesting of awards made under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan , details of which were set out in the Company's admission document published on 31 May 2019, in conjunction with its acquisition of Greenbrook Healthcare.

Awards have vested over new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below:
