Premier Physical Healthcare secures GBP340,000 contracts with Care UK

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, announces that it has been awarded two 5 year contracts for approximately GBP340,000 with Care UK, through its wholly owned subsidiary Premier Physical Healthcare Limited ("PPH"), one of the largest independent providers of physiotherapy services in the South East of the UK. Both contracts commenced 1 April 2017.

Under the first contract worth approximately GBP27,900 per annum, PPH will deliver Physiotherapy and Podiatry services into the Dorset Prison Cluster, comprising HMP Dorchester, HMP Guys Marsh and HMP Portland YOI (Youth Offenders Institute). Under the second contract, worth approximately GBP41,800 per annum, PPH will deliver Physiotherapy and Podiatry services into the Devon Prison Cluster, comprising HMP Dartmoor, HMP Exeter and HMP Channings Wood.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Totally plc, provides a comprehensive range of treatments and advice for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. It delivers physiotherapy and podiatry to NHS patients and also has contracts with various police forces and prison sites; as well as providing occupational health and ergonomic services to corporate clients, such as display screen equipment assessments; post-injury returns to work suitability assessments; podiatry treatment; and sports massage services. Totally completed the acquisition of Premier Physical Healthcare Limited on 1 April 2016.
